We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this burden of lies, control, and brokenness within your family. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life—and life abundantly (John 10:10). The insanity you describe is not of God, for He is not the author of confusion but of peace (1 Corinthians 14:33). We stand with you in the authority of Jesus’ name to break every chain of deception, manipulation, and generational strongholds that have taken root in your home.
First, we must address the foundation of our faith. If you have not already, we urge you to surrender your life fully to Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Salvation comes through confessing with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believing in your heart that God raised Him from the dead (Romans 10:9). Without this relationship with Christ, we have no power to overcome the schemes of the devil. If you have already placed your faith in Him, we encourage you to walk closely with Him, saturating your mind in Scripture and seeking godly counsel to discern truth from lies.
The lies that have controlled your family must be exposed and renounced. The Bible warns us that Satan is the father of lies (John 8:44), and his deceptions can only be overcome by the truth of God’s Word. We rebuke every spirit of control, fear, and division that has operated in your household. We declare that every word spoken against God’s truth over your family is null and void in Jesus’ name. You must also examine your own heart—have you participated in or enabled these lies? Repentance is the first step toward healing. "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9).
The healing you seek from past wounds is found in Christ alone. He bore our griefs and carried our sorrows (Isaiah 53:4), and by His stripes, we are healed (1 Peter 2:24). But healing is not just for you—it is for your entire family. Pray for them fervently, even if they do not yet know the Lord. God is able to soften the hardest of hearts. We also encourage you to set boundaries where necessary. Sometimes, healing requires distance from toxic influences so that you can grow in Christ without constant spiritual warfare.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with broken hearts, lifting up this family to Your throne of grace. Lord, we ask for Your truth to pierce through every lie that has taken root in their lives. Expose the works of darkness and bring everything into the light (Ephesians 5:11). We rebuke every spirit of control, fear, and division in Jesus’ mighty name. We declare that this family is covered by the blood of Jesus, and no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
Father, we ask for deep healing for every wound, every betrayal, and every moment of pain caused by deception. Pour out Your Holy Spirit upon them, comforting them and guiding them into all truth (John 16:13). Help them to forgive as You have forgiven them (Colossians 3:13), and give them the strength to walk in righteousness. Where there has been sin, bring conviction and repentance. Where there has been bondage, bring deliverance. Where there is brokenness, bring restoration.
Lord, we pray for salvation for every member of this family who does not yet know You. Soften their hearts to receive the gospel and open their eyes to the truth of Your Word. Unite them in love and purpose, that they may reflect Your glory to the world. Give them wisdom to discern truth from lies and the courage to stand firm in their faith.
We thank You, Father, that You are a God who hears and answers prayer. We trust in Your promise that if we ask anything according to Your will, You hear us (1 John 5:14). We declare that this family will walk in freedom, peace, and victory because of what Jesus has done. In His precious name, we pray. Amen.

Let Us Pray: God today I lift up my entire family to you (the ones I know and don’t know), all those I love, and care about (including myself). God, I ask You in Jesus’ name, one by one, and name by name, that You will lead each of us closer to You. Save those of us who stand in need of salvation. Heal those of us who stand in need of healing. Deliver those of us who stand in need of deliverance. Baptize every single one of us in the baptism of Your Holy Spirit. Bless each of us to have a real up-close personal intimate relationship with You.
