We stand with you in the power of Jesus' name, interceding for your deliverance from abuse and neglect. We rebuke the spirit of abuse and neglect, and we pray for God's divine intervention and protection. It is clear that you are experiencing pain and hardship, but we want to remind you of God’s promise. He does have a plan for you, a plan for your future and your present. His plan is not to harm you, but to prosper you and to give you hope and a future. He is not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.
First, we want to address the issue of not mentioning the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, Christ or even an abbreviation such as IJN (In Jesus Name). It is only in the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father except through him. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to people by which we must be saved. God highly exalted him, and gave to him the name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, those on earth, and those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. We encourage you to confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, and you will be saved. If you cannot come to God in Jesus name, then we encourage you to reach out to the One True Living God and ask Him to reveal Jesus as Lord to you.
Let us pray: Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this precious soul who is experiencing abuse and neglect. We cry out for your justice and mercy. We pray that you will guide them to a place of safety and peace, far from those who cause harm. We ask that you will bring godly individuals into their life, people who will love, support, and protect them. We pray for complete restoration and healing. Lord, you are a Father to the fatherless, a defender of widows. You place the lonely in families. You lead out the prisoners with singing, but the rebellious live in a sun-scorched land. We pray that you will rescue them from their distress, bringing them into your family and into the fold of your people.
We encourage you to seek godly counsel and support from fellow believers. God calls us to bear one another’s burdens, and so to fulfill the law of Christ. Remember that God is faithful. He will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it. Trust in him, and he will direct your paths.
Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.
