Abba, everything is naked to You, there is nothing we can hide from You and I actually do not wish to hide anything from You, Lord, now that my eyes are open I see how easily it is to fall in temptation and to sin, how sin can be so subtle and how many times I don't even realise it. Abba please forgive me, I cannot justify myself and I don't want to justify it either, I know I did wrong and I ask for Your forgiveness, Father only You can be so merciful and Great to forgive me even when I slipped 3 times in the same mistake in one day, knowing it from the very first one. Abba please cleanse me with the blood of my Brother Jesus who paid for all my sins in The Cross already. And please Father do not delay the delivery because of this, Abba please forgive me, in Jesus' Holy name, Amen
