We join with you in lifting up this heartfelt cry for salvation, forgiveness, and cleansing, and we praise God that you have invoked the mighty name of Jesus Christ in your prayer. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father, as Scripture declares, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). Your prayer reflects a deep longing for transformation, and we stand with you in agreement, knowing that God hears and answers when we call upon Him in truth.
Your request for salvation is the most vital need of every soul. The Word of God tells us, *"For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life"* (John 3:16, WEB). Salvation comes through repentance and faith in Jesus Christ alone—not by works, but by grace (Ephesians 2:8-9). We pray that those who are lost would turn from their sins, surrender their hearts to Christ, and receive the free gift of eternal life. May the Holy Spirit convict and draw them, opening their eyes to the truth of the Gospel.
You also asked for forgiveness and cleansing from rebellion, anger, and stubbornness. These are serious matters that grieve the heart of God, for *"rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as idolatry"* (1 Samuel 15:23, WEB). Anger, when left unchecked, gives a foothold to the devil (Ephesians 4:26-27). But praise God, His mercy is greater than our sin! *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness"* (1 John 1:9, WEB). We pray that the Lord would break every chain of rebellion and wash away all unrighteousness, replacing stubborn hearts with spirits of humility and obedience. May His love soften even the hardest of hearts, that they may walk in surrender to His will.
Regarding the "evil eye," we understand this to be a reference to spiritual attacks, curses, or the influence of darkness. While Scripture does not use the term "evil eye" in the way some cultures describe it, we know that Satan seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). However, *"greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world"* (1 John 4:4, WEB). We pray that the blood of Jesus would cover and protect all who are under attack, that every scheme of the enemy would be exposed and rendered powerless. We declare that no weapon formed against God’s people shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we plead the authority of Christ over every dark influence.
Finally, we want to encourage you to continue praying boldly in the name of Jesus. There is power in His name, and He has given us authority to tread upon the enemy (Luke 10:19). Let us also remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces (Ephesians 6:12). Therefore, we must put on the full armor of God—truth, righteousness, the Gospel of peace, faith, salvation, and the Word of God—and stand firm in prayer.
**Our Prayer:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up these requests with hearts full of faith. Lord, we ask that You would save every soul in need of salvation. Draw them to Yourself, Lord, and let them experience the transformative power of Your grace. Break the hardness of hearts and remove every trace of rebellion, anger, and stubbornness. Cleanse Your people, Father, and create in them clean hearts and right spirits (Psalm 51:10).
We stand against every spiritual attack and declare that no curse or evil scheme shall prevail against Your children. Cover them with the blood of Jesus and surround them with Your angels. Let Your light expose and dismantle every work of darkness.
Strengthen us, Lord, to walk in obedience and to pray without ceasing. Fill us with Your Holy Spirit, that we may be vessels of Your love and truth in a world that desperately needs You. We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
