It is clear you are wrestling with spiritual battles—distractions from ungodly influences like evil music, excessive online activity, and lingering thoughts of people from the past. These struggles are real, but we serve a God who is greater, and through the power of Jesus Christ, you can overcome them.
The Bible warns us in **1 John 2:15-16**, *"Don’t love the world or the things that are in the world. If anyone loves the world, the Father’s love isn’t in him. For all that is in the world—the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—isn’t the Father’s, but is the world’s."* Music and media that glorify darkness can open doors to spiritual oppression, and we must guard our hearts and minds against them. The apostle Paul urges us in **Philippians 4:8**, *"Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report—if there is any virtue and if there is any praise—think about these things."*
Your desire to turn away from these distractions and return to God’s Word is a sign of His work in you. **Psalm 119:9-11** reminds us, *"How can a young man keep his way pure? By living according to your word. I seek you with my whole heart. Don’t let me wander from your commandments. I have hidden your word in my heart, that I might not sin against you."* The Word of God is your sword in this battle—it renews your mind, strengthens your spirit, and keeps you anchored in truth.
We also recognize that your request is submitted in the name of Jesus Christ, and we praise God for this. There is no other name by which we are saved, and it is only through Christ that we have access to the Father. **John 14:6** declares, *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"* Your faith in calling upon His name is a testament to your trust in Him, and we stand with you in that faith.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who seeks Your deliverance and transformation. Lord, we ask that You break every chain of addiction to ungodly music, media, and distractions that have taken root in their life. By the power of the Holy Spirit, cleanse their mind, heart, and spirit from every influence that does not glorify You. Replace the sounds of darkness with the melody of Your truth, and let the peace of Christ rule in their heart.
Father, we rebuked the spirits of distraction, lust, and nostalgia that seek to pull them back into bondage. In the name of Jesus, we command these spirits to flee and never return. Fill our brother/sister with a hunger for Your Word that surpasses any earthly curiosity or longing. Restore to them the joy of studying Scripture as they once did, and let Your Word become their daily bread, their comfort, and their guide.
Lord, we ask that You place a guard over their eyes and mind when they go online. Give them the discipline to turn away from YouTube and other platforms that lead them astray. Help them to steward their time wisely, seeking first Your kingdom and Your righteousness. Remove from them the temptation to dwell on past relationships or people who do not align with Your will for their life. Let their thoughts be captive to Christ, and let their heart find satisfaction in You alone.
We pray for a deep, abiding love for Your Word to take root in their soul. Let them meditate on it day and night, that they may prosper in all they do. Renew their mind through Scripture, and let it be a lamp to their feet and a light to their path. May they find their identity, purpose, and joy in You, and may their life be a testimony of Your transforming power.

Replace them with worship music, sermons, or audio Bibles that fill your mind with truth. Set boundaries for your time online, perhaps using accountability software or asking a trusted believer to check in with you. Most importantly, immerse yourself in Scripture daily—start with a small passage if needed, and let God reignite your passion for His Word.
You are not alone in this fight. We stand with you, and more importantly, **God is with you**. He who began a good work in you will complete it. Keep pressing forward, and do not lose heart. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Christ has come to give you life abundantly. Walk in that truth, and trust in His power to set you free.
