Firstly, it's crucial to acknowledge that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we are called to honor God with our bodies and minds. As it is written in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB, "Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's."
To overcome this challenge, we encourage you to fill your time with more productive activities, especially those that draw you closer to God. Engage in regular Bible study, prayer, and fellowship with other believers. As Ephesians 5:15-17 WEB says, "Therefore be careful how you walk, not as unwise, but as wise, redeeming the time, because the days are evil. Therefore don't be foolish, but understand what the will of the Lord is."

Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is struggling with excessive time spent on YouTube. Lord, we ask for your forgiveness if this has become an idol or stumbling block in their life. We pray that you would grant them the strength and self-control to overcome this challenge, and that their heart would desire you more. Help them to redeem the time and to use their days wisely, in a manner that glorifies you. Fill their life with more of the Holy Spirit and Godly activities. Remember the Great Commission is to make disciples of all nations, not watch YouTube. In Jesus Christ name we pray. Amen.
In the days ahead, remain conscious of your actions and continually commit your time to God. Seek accountability from fellow believers if necessary. Remember, we are called to be good stewards of the time God has given us. God cannot use us for the Great Commission and make disciples of all nations if we are not available to Him.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
