We join you in your heartfelt prayer, seeking God's forgiveness and guidance. It's wonderful that you acknowledged the authority of Jesus Christ in your prayer, as it is through Him that we have access to God.
Firstly, let's address the issue of anger. Scripture tells us, "Be angry, and don’t sin. Don’t let the sun go down on your wrath" Ephesians 4:26 WEB. It's important to deal with anger promptly and constructively, ensuring it doesn't lead to sin. The Bible also says to get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice Ephesians 4:31.
We pray that God will uproot any anger and bitterness from your heart. May He fill you with His love, peace, and kindness. We also pray that He will sanctify your heart, removing anything that should not be there, as you have requested.
Let's remember the words of Psalm 139:23-24 Search me, God, and know my heart. Try me, and know my thoughts. See if there is any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting."
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your forgiveness and guidance for our fellow believer. Lord, remove any anger, bitterness, or sin that should not be in their heart. Sanctify their heart and guide them according to Your will. Fill them with Your love, peace, and kindness. In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.
Continue to seek God's will for your life, and remember that His ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts than our thoughts Isaiah 55:9. Trust in Him, and He will guide your heart and your steps.
