A workout experience for Jesus.

What it becomes impossible for you today, it will become something wonderful with Jesus' help and grace. Yes, we may not be there yet, but with proper workout we are closer to where we want to be. Jesus wants us all healthy and in good spirits to share with others what God has done in our life.

Live with happiness and joy in your life.
Let us all bring a smile to our face.
Daily exercise will make us better.
Do not stay at home and do nothing.
Get out and run for the goal.
Speak to Jesus while you run.
Do ellipticals while at the gym.
The treadmill will help you out.
Stationary bicycles will make your legs stronger.
Love the chest press.
With Jesus' help and mercy.
We can do wonders for His glory.

Jesus walked long miles around the Sea of Galilee, loved going to Jerusalem and Jericho sharing the love of God and how to reach heaven. The Samaritan woman would not be in heaven unless Jesus walked through that town. Let us all follow Jesus' example of good exercise in walking long distances.

Jesus went through all towns and villages, teaching in their synagogues, proclaiming the good news of the kingdom and healing every disease and sickness.

O Lord, let me walk with Thee all the days of my life and at the end of my journey I will see Your smiling face waiting for me at the gates of heaven.

Keep working on for Jesus. He gave us a wonderful example of walking a lot, speaking the truth, praying so often wherever we are and He has shown us a way to reach heaven. Worthy is the Lamb who was slain for us.

Prayer: God I ask You in Jesus’ name please guard my soul from pride, my heart from callousness, and my mind from too much focus on unimportant things and not enough on your things. Teach me in my heart what it means to be about my Father's business, especially in the world of my thoughts. Draw me to you. Have your holiness capture my heart and mold my character. Have your Spirit shape my life to reflect your righteousness and mercy. I want to be led, transformed, and controlled by your Holy Spirit. May your kingdom come and reign over my heart and govern my life through the Holy Spirit. God please do the same for everyone who prays this prayer.
