A Tough Task Ahead

Lord I thank you earnestly for everything that you have been to me, a friend, a father, and All capable, almighty, The Great I Am.

I ask for forgiveness over all the sins I have committed, and in the same manner, I receive your mercy and forgiveness that purifies, cleanses my heart so that I may be made whole again. Father, I have a tough task ahead of me, I am entitled to pull an all-nighter today and study everything I could possibly study most probably everything so that I get a good rest tomorrow, enjoy and celebrate the Sabbath, and get back to the all-nighter business in solving MCQs so that I can sleep the Sunday night and be ready for next week which is an exams week. Father, I have now taken worries about my marks away from me, I will not pick my papers nor results, because they are counterfeit. All that I know is that the dreams that you placed in my heart will come to reality and that is, finishing my studies as the best in my field and overall student, with a first-class degree, get a chance to study at Oxford University, either in oncology or specialize to become a lecturer, get a beautiful, God-loving, God-serving, God-fearing wife, give rise to great children who could go on to become ambassadors of Christ and be useful in making a change in our society, to start a Bible discussion group, to help out people in need especially the orphans, to build a better and healthier physique. Father, please guide my family back home, give them all they need to get by and help me be ready to support them when necessary. I have great faith in you, that's why I pray all these in Jesus Christ, my Lord and Savior, Amen!!
