A sense of wonder and joy.

When we start singing praises to Jesus, something happens to our soul, to our body and to our mind. The holy presence of Jesus enters into our heart and makes us all see the wonders of His glory.

O sing unto the Lord a new song. Sing to the Lord all the earth. Psalm 96. 1

Yes, God has ascended amid shouts of joy. The Lord amid the sound of trumphets. Sing praises to God. He alone is worthy of all glory and honor, now and forever more. Amen

I know this to be true from personal experience. There is a soecial place in my heart for Praise and Worsbip Songs .Whenever I want to sense the closeness of God. I uzually begin to sing these songs. However different types of songs ha e their place. For example it could be a testimony , a resolve ,a song of consecration or just a song of Jubilation.Psalm one hundred states that we should all make a joyful noise with gladness for life. The early Christians sung hymns and the anfels in heaven are continually singing praises to God.

A mother of success, of mercy, of compassion and blessing is when we start praising Jesus in word, in song and in prayer. We should begin our daily prayer with praise to Him.
