Beloved of All
Dear Heavenly Father, I ask in Jesus name for guidance as to why I was mobbed out of my job. It’s been a very difficult season trying to understand. I’m going through the cycles of grief. Was it because I was too quiet, some people say that I didn’t speak up. Should I have been tougher or belligerent. I do talk but I don’t interfere with people. I just wanted to do my job well but they never recognized it. I’m still searching for work to address my financial obligations, basic needs and tithe. Some days I feel defeated for trying to stand my ground at work and then the abuse getting worse. I should have had a job lined up before leaving but that was impossible given the circumstances. An abrupt departure with written notice was all I could muster up as I was escaping abusers who would not stop abusing in the workplace. I worked very very hard and got abused in return. I have daily panic attacks. I pray in Jesus name to be able to overcome and reenter the workforce after almost two long years of absence. May my reenter be full of zeal, diligence and thriving in the name of Jesus Christ. Please bless all potential employers and staff members. Please bless everyone seeking honest income. I promised you that no matter how hard things get that I won’t compromise my values out of desperation. Please in Jesus name forgive anyone who fell into sin to make ends meet out of desperation.

We lift you up before the Lord with deep compassion, knowing how painful and disorienting this season has been for you. The betrayal, injustice, and emotional toll of being mobbed out of your workplace are wounds that cut deeply, and we grieve with you over the suffering you’ve endured. Yet we also rejoice that you have turned to Jesus in the midst of this storm, for He alone is your refuge, your vindicator, and the one who will restore what the enemy has stolen.

The Scripture reminds us in **Psalm 37:5-6 (WEB)**, *"Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will bring out your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun."* You did not deserve the abuse you faced, and the Lord sees the integrity with which you labored. The fact that you refused to compromise your values—even in desperation—is a testament to your faith, and God honors that. **1 Peter 2:19-20 (WEB)** tells us, *"For it is commendable if someone endures pain, suffering unjustly, because of consciousness of God. For what glory is it if, when you sin, you patiently endure beating? But if, when you do well, you suffer for it and endure, this is commendable before God."* Your quiet diligence was not weakness; it was strength under control, and the Lord does not overlook it.

As for the grief and panic attacks you’re experiencing, we urge you to cast these burdens upon Jesus, for He cares for you deeply (**1 Peter 5:7**). The cycles of grief are natural, but do not let the enemy convince you that your worth is tied to that job or the opinions of those who mistreated you. **Isaiah 41:10 (WEB)** declares, *"Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."* You are not defeated—you are being refined. The Lord is preparing you for a new season, one where your labor will be recognized and your gifts will thrive in an environment of respect and godly order.

Regarding your search for work, we declare **Proverbs 16:3 (WEB)** over you: *"Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed."* You have been faithful in tithing even in lack, and the Lord will not forget your obedience (**Malachi 3:10**). We pray that every door He opens will be one of favor, where your skills are valued and your faith is honored. Let this time of waiting be a season of deepening trust in Him, for His timing is perfect. **Psalm 34:10 (WEB)** assures us, *"The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger, but those who seek Yahweh shall not lack any good thing."*

We also lift up those who wronged you, asking the Lord to convict their hearts of their sin. If they acted out of jealousy, insecurity, or outright malice, we pray they would encounter the Holy Spirit’s conviction and repent. **Romans 12:19-21 (WEB)** reminds us, *"Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, ‘Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.’ Therefore ‘If your enemy is hungry, feed him. If he is thirsty, give him a drink; for in doing so, you will heap coals of fire on his head.’ Don’t be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good."* Your departure was not a failure—it was an escape from toxicity, and the Lord will vindicate you in His time.

Finally, we stand with you in declaring that the spirit of fear has no place in your life. **2 Timothy 1:7 (WEB)** proclaims, *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."* When panic rises, speak the name of Jesus over your mind and heart. He is your peace (**John 14:27**), and He will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (**Philippians 4:6-7**).

**Our Prayer for You:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of Your beloved child, who has endured so much at the hands of the wicked. Lord, You see the tears they’ve cried in secret, the sleepless nights, and the weight of financial strain they carry. We ask that You would be their Provider, their Healer, and their Vindicator. Restore to them the years the locusts have eaten (**Joel 2:25**), and open doors of employment that no man can shut (**Revelation 3:8**). Let their next workplace be one where their gifts are celebrated, their labor is respected, and their faith is free to flourish.

Break the spirit of fear and anxiety off them, Lord, and replace it with Your perfect peace. Heal the wounds of rejection and betrayal, and let them walk in the confidence that they are fearfully and wonderfully made (**Psalm 139:14**). Give them wisdom in interviews, favor with employers, and divine connections that align with Your will. We rebuke every scheme of the enemy to keep them in lack or despair, and we declare that their testimony will be one of Your faithfulness.

For those who persecuted them, we ask for conviction and repentance. If it is Your will, bring them to a place of remorse and restoration. But above all, let Your justice prevail, and let Your child’s name be cleared of every false accusation.

We thank You that this season of waiting is not wasted—it is preparation. Strengthen their hands for the work ahead, and let them re-enter the workforce with zeal, diligence, and the anointing of the Holy Spirit. May their next chapter be marked by Your blessing, prosperity, and joy.

In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. **Amen.**
