We join with you in prayer and we thank you for humbly asking in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and assurance of forgiveness and salvation. You have done well to come before God in Jesus' name, as it is written, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12, and Jesus Himself said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6.
We hear your heart's desire for a good, healthy and strong heart, for relief from anxiety, for forgiveness of sins, and to feel His presence, and we bring all of this before the Lord together according to His will. The Lord cares deeply for both your physical body and your inner peace. Scripture reminds us to guard our hearts, for out of it is the wellspring of life Proverbs 4:23, and that Yahweh is the strength of our heart and our portion forever even when our flesh and heart fail Psalm 73:26. He is the one who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases Psalm 103:3, and who says, But I will restore you to health, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17.
For your anxiety, we are encouraged to hear God's tender invitation. He does not want you to carry this burden alone. We are told, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. We are also told to cast all our worries on him, because he cares for you 1 Peter 5:7. The Lord promises, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10. And when you long to feel His presence, remember His promise that Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit Psalm 34:18.
For your desire for forgiveness and to feel His nearness, we rejoice that God is faithful to forgive when we come with a repentant heart. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness 1 John 1:9. Through the blood of Jesus we are washed clean, and He desires to give you a clean heart and renew a right spirit within you Psalm 51:10, so that you may walk in close fellowship with Him daily.
Let us pray together.
Father in heaven, we lift up this dear one to You in the precious name of Jesus. We thank You that You hear our prayers and that You know every beat of this heart. According to Your will, we ask You to strengthen and protect this heart, to grant good health and vitality for Your glory. Lay Your healing hand upon this body and help this heart to be strong and steady. We ask also for Your peace to calm every anxious thought. Replace fear and worry with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and guard this heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Lord, we confess sins together and ask for Your mercy and cleansing through the blood of Jesus. Forgive every sin, wash us clean from all unrighteousness, and help us to walk in obedience to You. Draw near and let Your presence be felt in a real and comforting way, reminding this dear one that You will never leave nor forsake them. Help them to trust in You with all their heart, and not lean on their own understanding, acknowledging You in all their ways Proverbs 3:5-6. Give wisdom to steward the body You have given through rest, nourishment, and wise medical care, while trusting ultimately in You as our healer and sustainer. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, amen.
We encourage you to continue to bring every worry to Him in prayer each day, to spend time in His Word and in quiet prayer listening for His voice, and to trust that even when feelings fluctuate, His presence remains. As you seek Him, He will give you rest, for Jesus said, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest Matthew 11:28. Keep confessing sin quickly, receiving His forgiveness, and walking forward in His grace, knowing that He loves you and is working for your good.
