We hear your heart and the excitement you feel about new opportunities, as well as the desire for peace and protection in your life. First, let us address the foundation of our faith, Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not already, we encourage you to surrender your life to Him, confessing your sins and believing in His death and resurrection for your salvation (Romans 10:9-10). This is the first and most important step in living a life that honors God.

Now, let us come before the Lord together in prayer and reflection for the concerns you’ve shared.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for the blessings You have given. We thank You for the new job opportunity and the provision You are bringing into this life. Lord, we ask that You bless this work and help it to be fruitful, not just for financial gain, but for Your glory. May every action and decision made in this job align with Your will and bring honor to Your name. We pray for wisdom, integrity, and favor in this new endeavor, that it may be a testimony of Your goodness.

Father, we also lift up the relationships in this life. We see a desire for peace, especially with the ex-spouse, and we ask that You would heal any past wounds and bring reconciliation where it aligns with Your will. However, Lord, we must address the importance of boundaries and purity in relationships. Scripture is clear that marriage is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman (Genesis 2:24, Matthew 19:4-6). If there is any lingering emotional or physical attachment outside of marriage, we ask that You break those ties in the name of Jesus. Fornication, whether emotional or physical, is sin, and we must flee from it (1 Corinthians 6:18). We pray for godly relationships that honor You, where both parties are committed to Christ and to the sanctity of marriage.

Lord, we also stand against any spiritual attacks or interference from the enemy. You have declared that no weapon formed against us shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we rebuke every scheme of the devil in the mighty name of Jesus. We bind every spirit of division, strife, and confusion, and we declare that this life and family are covered by the blood of Jesus. No plan of the enemy will succeed against you, your children, or your loved ones. We pray for divine protection over your home, your mind, and your heart, that you may walk in the peace and freedom that Christ has already won for you.

Father, we ask that You would help this life to walk in alignment with Your will. If there are areas where compromise or secrecy has taken root, we pray for conviction and repentance. You desire truth in the inward parts (Psalm 51:6), and we ask that You would bring light to any darkness. Help this life to live openly and honestly before You, trusting in Your provision rather than relying on hidden things.

Lastly, Lord, we pray for the family, your children, your mother, and your pets. We ask that You would strengthen the bonds of love and unity among you. May your home be a place of peace, joy, and godly influence. We declare that no weapon formed against your family shall prosper, and we stand in agreement for Your protection and blessing over every member.

In all things, Lord, we ask that You would be glorified. May this life walk in the fullness of Your purpose, free from the snares of the enemy, and filled with Your peace. We pray all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in all things. If there are areas where you feel bound or uncertain, bring them before God in prayer and seek wise, biblical counsel. Remember, the enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). Stand firm in your faith, and do not be afraid to cut off anything that does not align with God’s Word. You are not alone, God is with you, and we stand with you in prayer.

Living in the shelter of the Most High really does mean that what the enemy means for harm cannot cling to you or your household, and the blood of Jesus has already settled every claim against you. We bind every scheme of the enemy against this family and decree that nothing stolen can be held by darkness; it must be loosed in Jesus' name. The joyful cry of a delivered soul is sweet music in the courts of the Lord! You have a deliverance from the archers, you have peace within your borders, and magnify the Lord’s choice favor and tender indulgence towards the least and feeblest of his family. When Israel came out of Egypt, it was Jehovah who brought forth her armies; even so, your deliverance is by divine power, for only God can deliver, and He makes deliverance effectual. The deliverance came when the Lamb was slain: the King’s own Son has borne the penalty of all iniquities. God Himself proclaims, “I have found a ransom,” and therefore deliverance is certain, indeed, it is already accomplished!

I know the trembling with which a soul crosses the brook to meet an estranged brother, but tell it for the comfort of others, I met my brother Esau, and he fell upon my neck and kissed me. When sin is put away, God has no cause of warfare against his creature; Christ has put our sins away, and a virtual substantial peace is established. You do not know what a joy it is to walk erect in conscious, mental, moral, spiritual, God-given freedom.

Let no one cut the line, or trespass upon the energy of the Lord’s will for you and your household from this day forth. The adversary cannot keep what belongs to the blood-bought family, your mother, your offspring, your alliances, your very pets, they are tokens of his grace. When the Lord gives the appetite, he will find the meat. Jesus Christ is, in himself, sweeter than the honeycomb; looking to him, he will deliver you from that disease which now makes you love sin. And when you get home, serve your God by gathering your family and servants together for prayer. The thorough restoration and strengthening of the entire spiritual constitution is his promise, and it is all through the blood of Jesus.

You rejoice in a good day, and it is right to give thanks to God who orders all things for our benefit. Yet take care that your joy is rooted in the light and not in deeds that shun the light. You speak of secrets, a hidden job, a hidden dwelling by the sea. Ask yourself: if these things are righteous, why must they be hidden? For the Lord sees all, and what is done in darkness will be brought to the light. The apostle charges us to prove all things and hold fast to what is good, abstaining from every form of evil. If your secret joys are pure, then enjoy them in the sight of God with a clear conscience. But if there is any sin, any dishonesty, any taking of what is not yours, then you are not in safety but under the snare of the devil. Not everyone who says, “Lord, Lord,” shall enter the kingdom, but only those who do the will of the Father. Even the blood of Jesus cannot cover an unrepentant heart that clings to darkness.

You speak of deliverance from those who have troubled you, and you declare that Satan’s crew can keep nothing of yours. This is a right desire, for the Lord delivers from the mouth of the lion. But remember: the greatest deliverance is not from bodily enemies, but from every evil work within yourself. The same Lord who rescues from outward dangers will deliver you from sin if you cling to Him. Yet if you go on doing evil, you remain under the devil’s power, even if you shout the name of Jesus. God’s longsuffering is meant to lead you to repentance, not to give you license to continue in sin. Do not make His patience a reason for carelessness.

You want peace with your ex, to be friends without fighting. This can be a good thing if it is pursued in holiness. But beware: often the very situations that seem harmless become traps. Joseph fled from the wife of his master, and it seemed he was cast into prison, but really he was delivered from a far worse snare. So test your interactions. If there is any danger of falling back into old sins, cut it off. Let go even of what seems good if it threatens your soul. Bring forth fruits worthy of repentance: not merely ceasing from evil, but doing the opposite good. Have you been selfish? Now give generously. Have you lived in hidden indulgence? Now live openly in self-control.

Cast off all pride and boasting, for nothing is more hateful than wrath and the secret pride that feeds it. You say you will get along only with those you belong to. That is true: but you belong to Christ. Do you remember Him in all your ways? When we forget God, He forgets us. When we carry Him always in our thoughts, we accomplish good and shun evil. Do not let the joy of a new trailer or a secret job push the remembrance of God from your mind. These things are passing; they are safety for a day. But the true safety is to be with Christ, never separating from Him. Then, whether in prison or by the sea, you are in the light.

Finally, if you wish to be bound up greatly under the blood of Jesus, then walk in that blood by a holy life. It is not enough to say the words; you must do the will of God. Renounce all hidden works of darkness, prove your ways, and hold fast only to what is good. Then indeed no enemy can touch what is yours, your mother, your offspring, your pets, your alliances, for they will be under the protection of the Most High. But this protection is for the righteous, those who forsake evil and pursue peace with God and man. Let this day be a true new beginning, not in secret sin, but in the open light of repentance and faith that works by love.

Your words carry the unmistakable ring of someone who has been through a fight and is standing in the sunlight again, determined to hold ground you’ve reclaimed. I can hear the relief and the defiance mixed together, the new job, the trailer, the beach cruiser, things secured in secret for a season, and a fragile but real hope for peace where there used to be strife. That is not small. It is worth marking as a day God gave you.

The enemy you name in your prayer really does study the lives of the faithful. There is a moment in the oldest story of suffering where God points out a man who was blameless, upright, fearing Him and turning away from evil, and the accuser had already been watching him like a general surveying a walled city, looking for the weak spot. He knew the man’s blessings, his family, his property. He wagered that if the hedge of protection were lifted, that man would curse God to His face. When trouble came like waves, loss, sickness, broken relationships, the man never cursed God, but he did cry out in the dark. There is no shame in that. Trouble came even when he had no rest. The attacks of the one Jesus called a thief and a liar are real, and you are right to bind them permanently under the blood.

But the story also warns us not to listen too closely to the wrong voices. Friends may come and offer tidy explanations, you must have done something wrong, just get right with God and everything will turn, you’re being foolish or hypocritical. They meant to comfort but only became miserable counselors. The deepest part of that man’s groaning was not just for relief but for a mediator: someone who could lay a hand on God and on him and bring the two together. He didn’t have that answer yet. We do. The blood of Jesus you invoked is the answer to that ancient cry. He is the one who stands between, who justifies, who silences every accusation.

So hold your peace in that. You have a right to declare that what has been stolen from you and your household, your mother, your children, your alliances, your animals, is not lost forever, and that the enemy has no ongoing claim or line of entry. That is not magic; it is truth placed under the authority of Jesus. A right relationship with Him is not built on perfect understanding or unbroken prosperity. It is built on complete trust, even when the days don’t make sense. The man who suffered in that old story eventually saw God, and when he did he said, “I had heard of You by the hearing of the ear, but now my eye sees You; therefore I despise myself and repent in dust and ashes.” The vision of God changed everything.

Walk forward in that light. The secret season will do its work, and provision will come into the open at the right time. The peace with the one you no longer fight, treat it as a mercy without demanding it be more than it can healthily be. You can be at peace without giving away your own heart’s boundaries. And when the fear rises again, remind yourself: He makes peace in His high places. His armies have no number. His light does not fail. You belong to Him now, and that is the beginning and the end of the matter. The blood of Jesus speaks a better word than any accusation. Rest in it.
