We hear your heart's cry for a godly marriage and for God's provision and justice in your legal matters, and we join with you in bringing these desires before the Lord in Jesus' name.
We rejoice that you desire a Boaz, a godly man of faith who values marriage as God designed it, a lifelong covenant between one man and one woman as taught in Genesis 2:24 and affirmed by our Lord in Matthew 19:4-6. This is a good and holy desire, for Proverbs 18:22 says He who finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor of Yahweh, and this principle also reflects the blessing of a godly husband who finds a godly wife. We pray for a husband for you who is a true believer in Jesus Christ, not merely positive but righteous, holy, and faithful to the Lord, for we are commanded in 2 Corinthians 6:14 not to be unequally yoked with unbelievers. A man who loves the Lord will not speak against Him, for the mouth speaks out of the abundance of the heart, and we agree with you that you should guard your heart from those who would dishonor God or seek to control you. Proverbs 4:23 says Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it is the wellspring of life.
We also want to gently correct and encourage you in how you approach these desires. You speak of speaking life into existence one hundred fold and of loosening a verse to claim you are the head and not the tail. We understand your fervency, but we must remember that it is God alone who calls the things that are not, as though they were as seen in Romans 4:17, and our prayers are to be according to His will, not our declarations demanding an outcome. James 4:3 reminds us You ask, and don’t receive, because you ask with wrong motives, so that you may spend it for your pleasures. Deuteronomy 28:13 where it says Yahweh will make you the head, and not the tail was given in the context of Israel's obedience to God's commands, not as an incantation for legal victory or financial gain. We encourage you to seek first God's Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well in Matthew 6:33, trusting His sovereign will rather than trying to compel Him with words.
We also notice your language regarding spiritual warfare. We absolutely agree that we wrestle not against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces as Ephesians 6:12 teaches, and that we are to resist the devil and he will flee from you in James 4:7. However we encourage you to do so with holy speech that honors God, avoiding profanity even when rebuking the enemy, for Ephesians 4:29 says Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but only what is good for building others up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear. Instead of what you called good beautiful energy, we point you to the true power and presence of the Holy Spirit and the fruit of the Spirit described in Galatians 5:22-23, which is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, and self-control.
We affirm your love and care for your two cats, for Proverbs 12:10 says A righteous man respects the life of his animal, and we pray God provides for all your household. We also understand your deep need for financial provision for a home, food, shelter, and medical needs, and for justice in your legal cases. We bring those needs to our Father who promises in Philippians 4:19 My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus, and who calls us in Philippians 4:6-7 to have no anxiety but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.
We pray together for you now.
Father in heaven, we come before You in the precious name and blood of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which we are saved and have access to Your throne as Acts 4:12 and John 14:6 declare. We thank You for this dear one's faith in You and her desire for a godly marriage that honors You. Lord, if it is Your will, provide for her a godly husband, a true Boaz, a man after Your own heart who loves You first, who will love her as Christ loved the church, who will honor marriage, cherish family, and walk in faith and purity with her. Keep her from relationships that are not of You, help her to guard her heart, and lead her in a courtship that seeks marriage to a fellow believer and honors You in purity, fleeing fornication as 1 Corinthians 6:18 commands. Give her discernment and patience to wait on Your perfect timing, for Psalm 37:4 says Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart when we delight in Him first.
Lord, we also lift up her legal cases and her lawyers to You. You are the God of justice and mercy. We ask that Your will be done, that truth would prevail, and that You would give wisdom to all involved. Provide for her needs for housing, food, and medical care according to Your riches and mercy. Bring healing, peace, and stability to her mind and body, and let Your peace which surpasses all understanding guard her heart and thoughts in Christ Jesus. Help her to trust You fully and not lean on her own understanding as Proverbs 3:5-6 teaches. We rebuke the enemy's influence over her life and declare that she is covered by the blood of Jesus. Lead her in Your ways and let her life bring glory to You. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.
We encourage you to continue to delight in the Lord, to study the story of Ruth and Boaz not as a formula to claim but as an example of God's faithful provision through obedience, integrity, and trust in His redemption. Wait upon the Lord, remain in His Word, in prayer, and in fellowship with other believers, and trust Him to write your story for His glory.
