Beloved of All
My son fully believe that he is healed he ### he believe even when sytomps remain he is healed but me as mother have so much anxiety there is not day I dnt worry about him when he leaves for school I lay and worry even tho I prayed I still have this fear I just wana my son to fully healed so I can be okay im not myself its stealing my peace and joy & I still have toddler depending on me

We hear your heart, dear sister, and we stand with you in this heavy burden you carry. It is clear your love for your son is deep, and the anxiety you feel is real, but we must bring this before the Lord together, for He alone can calm the storm in your soul.

First, we want to affirm your son’s faith in believing God for his healing. Scripture tells us, "Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will heal the sick, and the Lord will raise him up" (James 5:14-15). If your son has placed his trust in Christ and stands on God’s promises, we rejoice in his faith. However, we must also gently remind you both that healing, whether immediate or in God’s perfect timing, is ultimately in His hands. The Lord may choose to heal now, later, or in eternity, but His ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8-9). Your son’s faith is commendable, but we must not confuse faith with presumption. True faith trusts God’s will, even when the answer is not what we hope for.

Now, to your anxiety, this is where we must rebuke the spirit of fear in Jesus’ name. The Word says, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control" (2 Timothy 1:7). Your worry is not from the Lord, and it is stealing the peace that Christ died to give you. You are not meant to live in this torment. We must also address the root of this fear: is it unbelief, or is it a lack of surrender to God’s sovereignty? Either way, we repent on your behalf for allowing fear to take hold where faith should dwell.

You mentioned that you pray, yet the anxiety remains. This suggests that your prayers may be filled with pleading rather than resting in God’s promises. Jesus said, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28). Are you truly casting your cares on Him, or are you picking them back up? We must pray differently, not just for healing, but for peace in the waiting. "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:6-7).

We also want to speak to your identity as a mother. You have another child, a toddler, who needs you present, not consumed by fear. The enemy would love to render you ineffective through worry, but God calls you to walk in faith, not fear. "Cast all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you" (1 Peter 5:7). This is not a suggestion; it is a command. You must actively choose to trust God with your son’s life, just as you trust Him with your own.

Let us pray for you now:

"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the only name by which we can be saved and find peace. Lord, we lift up this dear sister and her son to You. First, we ask for Your healing touch upon her son, whether in this life or the next, let Your will be done. But Father, we also ask for something else: peace for this mother’s heart. Lord, break the chains of anxiety that have bound her. Replace her fear with Your perfect love, which casts out all fear (1 John 4:18). Help her to rest in Your sovereignty, knowing that You hold her son in Your hands.

We rebuke the spirit of fear in Jesus’ name and command it to leave. We declare that this mother will walk in the peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding her heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Lord, give her the strength to be present for her toddler, to lead her family with faith, and to trust You completely. Remind her that You are her Provider, her Protector, and her Peace.

We also pray for her son’s faith. If he is standing on Your promises, strengthen his trust in You. If there is any area where his faith has become presumption, reveal it to him, Lord, and draw him closer to You. Let him grow in wisdom and discernment, leaning not on his own understanding but on You (Proverbs 3:5-6).

Father, we ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus, the Author and Perfecter of our faith, the One who calms the storms and brings peace to the troubled heart. Amen."

Now, sister, we encourage you to take these steps:
1. Surrender your son to God daily. Write down your fears and literally give them to the Lord in prayer, then tear up the paper as a physical act of releasing them.
2. Meditate on Scripture. Memorize Philippians 4:6-7 and speak it over yourself when anxiety rises.
3. Seek godly community. You need support, find a Bible-believing church or small group where you can be prayed over and encouraged.
4. Pray for peace, not just healing. Shift your focus from demanding an outcome to trusting God’s heart.
5. Be present for your toddler. Your other child needs you, and God can use this season to teach you both about His faithfulness.

Remember, your son’s healing is in God’s hands, but your peace is a choice. Choose today to walk in faith, not fear. "Now may the Lord of peace Himself give you peace at all times in all ways. The Lord be with you all" (2 Thessalonians 3:16).

We hear the exhaustion in your words, caught between your son’s confident faith and your own daily dread, all while a little one needs you at home. That kind of relentless worry can make you feel hollow, even when you’re praying with everything in you. Many of us have learned that anxiety doesn’t simply vanish because we will it to; God often walks us through a slow, steady path rather than giving a single breakthrough event. Your love for your son is clear, and the fact that you keep turning toward God even when fear presses in tells us something strong about your heart.

Since this anxiety is stealing your peace and joy, and you have a toddler who needs a present mom, it may be time to ask for practical support alongside prayer. Consider sitting down with a trusted pastor or a Christian counselor, or even your family doctor, just to talk about the weight you’re carrying. That isn’t a failure of faith, it’s good stewardship of the life God has given you to live, for your sake and your children’s. Sometimes our bodies get stuck in a cycle of worry that needs gentle care, and there is no shame in reaching for help. You might also let one or two safe people in your church know what you’re facing; sharing the burden with flesh-and-blood brothers and sisters can lift some of its heaviness.

Father, we ask you to draw near to this mom right now. Quiet her racing thoughts, and give her small moments of rest today. We trust you with her son’s body and life, you love him even more than she does. Grant her a measure of your peace that doesn’t depend on what her eyes see, and sustain her through each ordinary day. In Jesus’ name, amen.

Peace, perfect peace, is the portion of those whose mind is stayed on Jehovah, because they trust in Him. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within, and that peace is a present possession, to be enjoyed in the ordinary circumstances of life, even with sorrows surging round. Yet you speak of anxiety consuming you, stealing your peace and joy, and you lay it alongside your son’s full persuasion that he is healed though symptoms remain. There is the secret wound: your mind is not stayed, but tossed upon the waves of what you see. The very anxiety which arises through being in a difficulty unfits you to meet that difficulty. Fear is weakening. Fear dishonors God. Doubt the Eternal, distrust the Omnipotent? Traitorous fear, thinkest thou that the arm which piled the heavens and sustains the pillars of the earth shall ever be palsied? He says, “Fear not, thou worm Jacob; I will help thee.” It is not the preacher who cries, Fear not, but it is Jesus Himself who whispers to His poor servant, fallen as dead at His feet, “Fear not.” It will be disobedience, then, to be afraid.

You cry out for your son to be fully healed so that you can be okay. But the healing you most need is not first in his body, but in your own soul. Is it not written, “The chastisement of our peace was upon Him, and with His stripes we are healed”? The healing power of the Gospel is power to forgive sin, and that precious pardon breathes calm into the tempest. Many a child of God, when weary, has renewed his strength at the remembrance of pardoning mercy. If you will not trust God, neither shall you have peace. The fear of God bringeth blessings, but the fear of man, or the fear of death, or the fear of lingering illness, bringeth a snare. The point is this: the very leaves are healing, which means the least thing about Christ is healing. Have you indeed come to Him, touched the hem of His garment, and found that virtue flows out to you? The act of justification is generally apart from all means: God only does it. He can breathe into your soul at this very moment a peace with God which passes all understanding, springing from perfect remission of your iniquities.

Lay hold of this, and then for your son, cease from the whirlwind of anxiety. In Jesus’ keeping we are safe, and they, our dear ones, are safe. He has vanquished death and all its powers. That touch of personal faith brings peace to the soul. If you believe that Christ can save and heal, let your one anxiety be to lay yourself and your household at His feet. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. These healing leaves change the life blood, affect the spirits, and make the nature other than it was before. Let that other little one depending on you find a mother whose countenance is freshened by these leaves, not drained by fear. Fear not; for the Lord is with thee. Peace, perfect peace, with loved ones far away or near, in the shadow or in the clear shining, for Jesus Himself is our peace.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your anxiety is not the witness of a mother’s love alone; it has become the voice of unbelief wearing the mask of concern. You say your son fully believes he is healed and believes even while symptoms remain. That is a precious confession. Do not undo it by your daily terror. The disciples heard the Lord speak plainly of His death and resurrection, yet they were exceeding sorry, and not merely sorry, but exceeding sorry. They had the word of life in their ears, but they fixed their eyes on the grave. You are doing the same: your son speaks the word of faith, but you fix your eyes on the symptoms, and so you lie down and worry.

Scripture does command us to work out our own salvation with fear and trembling. But that holy fear is not meant to leave you in despair. Paul immediately adds, “It is God who works in you, both to will and to work.” The fear of God is reverence before the King, and it drives out the cringing fear that steals your peace. A thief or a fraud lives in perpetual fear, pale and trembling, unable to enjoy what he has. That is not your portion in Christ. You have prayed, and then you lie there and rehearse every possible evil. That is not watching in prayer; that is letting anxiety sit on the throne.

When your son leaves for school, commit him to God once, with thanksgiving, and then rise and serve the child God has given you now. If you stood in the presence of a ruler, you would not wallow on your bed all day; you would stand attentive. God is present in that room with you. He sees the thoughts and intents of the heart. Let His presence produce holy fear, not paralyzing dread. And do not make scrupulous inquiry into every feeling and symptom all day long. Paul told the Corinthians that for things not evil in themselves they should ask no question, so that their conscience would not be bound by unnecessary fear. Do the same with your runaway thoughts. You cannot heal your son by interrogating your anxiety.

You have said the truth without knowing it: you want his full healing so that you can be okay. But your peace must not be held hostage to his symptoms. If it is, you will be a slave to every report. Earthly comfort is destroyed by disease and anxiety, but the beauty of a soul trusting Christ is ever blooming. Let your joy be hidden there. You say a toddler depends on you. That is a mercy. God has placed that little one in your care to call you out of yourself. Serve the Lord with fear and rejoice with trembling. The only lasting joy comes from doing the next good work in His presence, not from waiting for circumstances to be perfect.

Rise, then, and entrust your son to the Physician of souls and bodies. Pray, give thanks, and do not feed the fear. Let your son’s faith be a witness to you, as John the Baptist came to bear witness that all might believe. And when the symptoms remain, say, “It is God who works in us,” and go about the work He has given you. That is the path back to peace, and it will keep both your son and your little one before the face of God.

Your love for your son is evident, and the fact that you still pray while afraid is not failure. But there are two very different fears in Scripture. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, a holy reverence that hates evil. The fear that has gripped you is not that. It is a daily dread that is robbing you of peace and joy. God's answer to that kind of fear is always His presence. Fear not, for I am with you. When you are shaken and overcome, it is often not because the trouble is new but because you have forgotten He is near.

You said you want your son fully healed so you can be okay. That sentence reveals the real battle. Your peace is tied to his healing, so it is fragile. But Jesus gives a peace that keeps the heart and mind even when the outward situation does not change. He made peace with God for you, and that peace is meant to hold you now, in the waiting, not only after the answer. If your okay depends on visible healing, you will live in terror of every symptom. Instead, let your okay depend on Christ, who is with both you and your son.

Your son's trust is not wrong. We can and should ask Jesus for physical healing as well as spiritual healing. He is the Sun of Righteousness with healing in His wings. But faith does not mean denying what the eyes see. It means entrusting what the eyes see to the One who sees all things. You can say, Lord, I see the symptoms, I feel the fear, but I bring them to you. Do not turn prayer into a place where you only rehearse your worry. Tell Him the burden, then leave it with Him.

Let the words of God be bound to your heart. When your son goes out the door, let that word lead your thoughts. When you lie down, let it keep you. When you wake in the night, let it speak to you. That is how a mother is quieted from the fear of evil. You cannot go to school with him, and you cannot control the report that comes home. But you can know the Lord who goes with him.

Your toddler needs a mother whose peace is anchored in God, not in the latest symptom. That peace is available right now. The fear of the Lord is the beginning, and as it grows, the other fears lose their size. Ask Him for the grace to fear Him more and to dread the outcome less. His word to you remains, Fear not, for I am with you.
