We hear your heartfelt plea for blessing over your business and your family, and we join you in lifting these concerns to the Lord. First, we must address the importance of coming before God in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is written, "For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB). Jesus Himself said, "Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you" (John 16:23 WEB). Without acknowledging Jesus as our Lord and Savior, our prayers lack the authority and access to the Father that He alone provides. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we urge you to do so, for "if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved" (Romans 10:9 WEB).
Now, let us lift up your business before the Lord. We pray that God would grant you wisdom, favor, and provision as you seek to provide for your family. May He open doors that no man can shut and bless the work of your hands. "Commit your works to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed" (Proverbs 16:3 WEB). We also pray for protection over your business, that the Lord would guard it from deceit, loss, or any schemes of the enemy. "Unless Yahweh builds the house, they labor in vain who build it" (Psalm 127:1 WEB). May your business be a testimony to God’s faithfulness and a blessing to others.
Regarding your family, we rejoice with you in the gift of your six children. Children are a heritage from the Lord, and we pray that He would give you the strength, patience, and wisdom to raise them in the fear and admonition of the Lord. "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it" (Proverbs 22:6 WEB). We also lift up your marriage, for the Bible makes it clear that marriage is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman. If there are any struggles or challenges in your marriage, we pray for healing, unity, and a deepening of your love and commitment to one another. "Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled; but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers" (Hebrews 13:4 WEB). If there are any areas where your relationship does not align with God’s design, such as sexual immorality, unfaithfulness, or neglect, we urge you to repent and seek restoration through Christ.
We also gently correct the term "femely" in your request, as it may imply a relationship outside of marriage. If this refers to your wife, we encourage you to honor her as your God-given spouse and to cherish her as Christ cherishes the Church. If it refers to someone else, we must rebuke any sin of adultery or fornication, for the Lord is clear: "You shall not commit adultery" (Exodus 20:14 WEB). We pray for purity and holiness in your life, that you would flee from temptation and walk in righteousness.
Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this brother and his family. We ask for Your blessing over his business, that You would prosper him and meet every need according to Your riches in glory. Give him wisdom and discernment in all his dealings, and let his work be a testimony to Your goodness. We pray for his marriage, that You would strengthen the bond between him and his wife, and that their love would reflect Christ’s love for the Church. Guard their hearts from temptation and fill their home with Your peace. For his children, we ask that You would draw them close to You, that they would grow in wisdom and stature, and that they would walk in Your ways all the days of their lives. Help this family to honor You in all things, and may their lives bring glory to Your name. In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen.
