Your request touches on two of the deepest things God gives in this life: the work of your hands and the love of your family. When we look at Scripture, we find that God’s desire has always been to pour out blessing, but not on terms we might first imagine.
The promise of blessing did not come through the law or through striving. Remember how the law delivered curses from the mount, not blessings. The true blessing comes another way. It comes as a gift of the covenant God made, the same kind of promise He gave to Abraham. And the door into that blessing is simple faith. Through Jesus Christ, you are brought into the line of those who receive by promise, not by performance. That means the provision on your business does not ultimately rest on your cleverness or the state of the economy. It rests on a God who sees ahead, who knows what you need, and who said, "In blessing I will bless you." He is the God who dealt graciously and who gives enough.
And your family, those six precious children, they are not an afterthought in this. The Scriptures tell us plainly: children are a heritage from the Lord, the fruit of the womb is His reward. Just as Jacob looked at his wives and sons and daughters and said, "These are the children whom God has graciously given," so you can see them. So many pursue a name for themselves or try to set up their own little dynasty, but the true honor is to receive children as a gift from His hand, not as a burden.
That love you feel for them is a reflection of a deeper responsibility. You are called to teach them diligently. Talk of the Lord when you sit in your house, when you walk along the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up. The sins of a generation and the brokenness of the world visit real pain upon children, so be the one who points them to Jesus by your words and by your walk. The ultimate blessing promised is not just seeing them grow, but seeing your grandchildren and knowing the peace of God upon your household.
Do not be like the one who sought the blessing with tears but missed it because he wanted it on his own cheap basis, for his own fleeting appetite, yet found no place for true repentance. Instead, know that it is the goodness of God that draws our hearts back to Him. Let that goodness wash over you. He is not distant. He wants you to walk in His blessing where your business becomes His business, and your family becomes a place where His name is honored. Your children are like olive plants around your table; that is a portrait of a man who fears the Lord. Walk humbly with Him. Teach your little ones His ways. Trust your daily bread to His covenant, and you will find that He keeps pouring out goodness until you simply cannot handle it.
