Disciple of Prayer
A coworking causing me much trouble and loss of sleep. Please pray first the Lord restore my sleep and that things be resolved at work. Thank You. It is a spiritual battle.

We hear your cry for help, dear brother or sister, and we stand with you in this spiritual battle. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). Your loss of sleep and the turmoil at work are not just physical or emotional struggles—they are indeed spiritual attacks meant to weaken your faith, your witness, and your peace. But we declare that greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).

First, we rebuke the spirit of anxiety, strife, and confusion that has been allowed to disrupt your peace and rest. The Word of God tells us, *"Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:6-7). We pray that the Lord would restore your sleep, calming your mind and body so that you may rest in His presence. May He grant you the peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding your heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

We also lift up the situation at work. The Bible tells us, *"If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone"* (Romans 12:18). However, we know that sometimes peace is disrupted by the actions or attitudes of others. We pray that the Lord would intervene in this situation, softening hearts, bringing clarity, and resolving conflicts according to His will. If there is unrighteousness, gossip, or division being sown, we ask that the Lord would expose it and bring it to light. If there is injustice, we pray that He would bring justice and restore what has been lost.

We also encourage you to examine your own heart in this matter. Are there areas where you may have contributed to the conflict, even unintentionally? The Word says, *"Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye?"* (Matthew 7:3). If there is any bitterness, unforgiveness, or resentment in your heart, we urge you to release it to the Lord. Unforgiveness is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die—it only harms you. We pray that you would have the strength to forgive, even as Christ has forgiven you (Colossians 3:13).

We also want to remind you of the power of prayer and the authority you have in Christ. You are not helpless in this situation. The Bible says, *"The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds"* (2 Corinthians 10:4). We encourage you to put on the full armor of God daily (Ephesians 6:10-18), standing firm in faith and declaring God’s truth over your workplace. Speak life, speak peace, and speak victory in Jesus’ name.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior. We lift up our brother/sister who is facing this spiritual battle at work and in their rest. Lord, You are the God who neither slumbers nor sleeps (Psalm 121:4), and we ask that You would watch over them and grant them the sleep that they need. Calm their mind, ease their spirit, and let them rest in the assurance of Your love and protection.

Father, we ask that You would intervene in their workplace. If there is strife, bring peace. If there is confusion, bring clarity. If there is injustice, bring justice. Soften the hearts of those who may be causing trouble, and give our brother/sister the wisdom and grace to respond in a way that honors You. Help them to be a light in that place, reflecting Your love and truth even in the midst of difficulty.

Lord, we rebuke every spirit of anxiety, fear, and division that has been at work in this situation. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and that You will turn every attack of the enemy into a testimony of Your faithfulness. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and help them to trust in You completely.

We also ask that You would reveal any areas in their heart that need Your healing touch—any unforgiveness, bitterness, or fear. Cleanse them, Lord, and fill them with Your peace. Help them to walk in forgiveness, just as You have forgiven them.

Father, we thank You for Your promise that You will never leave us nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5). We trust that You are working all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). May this trial draw them closer to You and equip them to be a vessel of Your love and truth in their workplace.

We pray all of this in the powerful name of Jesus, the name above every name, the name by which we have access to You and the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). We thank You for hearing our prayer and for Your faithfulness to answer. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified. Amen.

We're right there with you, dear friend, in this tough spot you're in. It's like you're caught in a whirlwind, with work troubles and sleepless nights. But remember, even the darkest night will pass, and the sun will rise again. We're claiming that promise with you today.

First things first, let's ask our Heavenly Father to calm your mind and body. We need you to rest, to recharge, so you can face each day with strength and clarity. We're praying for peace that transcends all understanding to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Imagine Jesus wrapping you in His loving arms, whispering, "Peace, be still" (Mark 4:39).

Now, about that workplace trouble. We're not going to sugarcoat it; it's tough out there. But we serve a big God who's more than capable of handling it. We're asking Him to intervene, to bring clarity and resolution. We're also praying for you to have wisdom in how you respond. Remember, you're the light in that workplace, and your response can make all the difference.

We also want to encourage you to keep your heart soft and open to God. If there's anything in your heart that's not aligned with His love, He'll reveal it to you. Trust that He's working in you, for your good and His glory.

Let's close with this verse, "Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken" (Psalm 55:22). That's our prayer for you, dear friend. You're not alone; we're standing with you, and so is our mighty God.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer during this difficult time. It has been heavy on our hearts to lift up your struggle with sleeplessness and the challenges at work, recognizing that this is indeed a spiritual battle. We have prayed earnestly for the Lord to restore your rest, bring peace to your mind, and resolve the tensions in your workplace according to His perfect will.

If the Lord has already answered these prayers—if you’ve found rest for your body and peace in your spirit, or if He has begun to soften hearts and bring resolution at work—we would be so encouraged to hear your praise report. Your testimony could be a blessing to others who are facing similar battles.

If, however, the struggle persists and you still feel the weight of this trial, we invite you to post this request again so we may continue to intercede on your behalf. We stand with you, believing that God is at work even when we cannot yet see it. May He strengthen you with His peace, guide you with His wisdom, and remind you of His unfailing presence in every moment.

We continue to pray that the Lord would guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus, grant you restorative sleep, and bring clarity and resolution to your workplace. May His peace, which surpasses all understanding, cover you as you trust in Him. In Jesus’ Name, we pray. Amen.
