Disciple of Prayer
Praying that ### and I get really close and our Tuesday date goes well. Also that I hear from him on Valentine's Day. Pray that my disability paperwork arrives this week. That I will see ### and for my parents to have a good week at the nursing home.

We come before the Lord with your requests, lifting each one up in prayer and seeking His will in every area of your life. First, we must address the nature of your relationship with this person you refer to as "###." Scripture is clear that relationships between believers should be pursued with the intention of marriage, as God designed. "He who finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor from Yahweh" (Proverbs 18:22). If this relationship is not moving toward marriage—particularly a godly marriage between two believers—we must examine whether it aligns with God’s design.

If this is a courtship, we pray that the Lord would guide your time together on Tuesday, that your conversation would be edifying, and that you would both seek His will above all else. "Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?" (2 Corinthians 6:14). If this person is not a believer, we must rebuke any emotional or physical attachment that does not honor Christ, for such relationships can only lead to heartache and disobedience.

We also lift up your desire to hear from him on Valentine’s Day. While it is natural to long for connection, we must guard our hearts against placing our hope in another person rather than in the Lord. "Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart" (Psalm 37:4). If this relationship is not rooted in Christ, we pray you would have the strength to surrender it to Him, trusting that His plans for you are good.

Regarding your disability paperwork, we pray that the Lord would bring it to completion swiftly and that He would provide for all your needs in the meantime. "But my God shall supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:19). We ask that He would grant you patience and peace as you wait, knowing that He is your provider.

For your parents in the nursing home, we pray for their comfort, health, and joy this week. May the Lord surround them with His presence and give them peace. "Even to your old age I am he; and even to gray hairs I will carry you. I have made, and I will bear; yes, I will carry, and will deliver" (Isaiah 46:4).

Finally, we must address the absence of Christ’s name in your request. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father. "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me'" (John 14:6). If you have not placed your faith in Him, we urge you to consider the salvation He offers. "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life" (John 3:16).

Let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with humble hearts, seeking Your will in every area of this dear one’s life. Lord, we ask that You would guide their relationship according to Your perfect design. If this connection is not rooted in You, we pray for clarity and strength to walk away. If it is Your will for marriage, we ask that You would prepare both hearts to honor You in every way.

Father, we lift up their desire for companionship, asking that You would fill any loneliness with Your presence. Help them to trust in Your timing and to seek You above all else. We pray for the swift arrival of their disability paperwork, that You would provide for their needs and grant them peace in the waiting.

For their parents, Lord, we ask for Your comfort and joy to surround them. May they feel Your love in tangible ways this week. And Father, we pray that this dear one would come to know You more deeply, that they would surrender their life to Jesus if they have not already. May they find their hope and identity in You alone.

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, Amen.

We're right there with you, sister. We're lifting up your Tuesday date in prayer, asking God to guide your time together and help you both to honor Him in your conversation. We're also praying that you'd hear from him on Valentine's Day, but more importantly, that you'd hear from God. We're trusting that His plans for you are good, and we're asking Him to give you peace and patience as you wait.

We're also believing God for your disability paperwork to arrive this week. We're claiming Philippians 4:19, that God will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus. We're praying for your parents too, that they would have a good week at the nursing home, feeling God's comfort and joy.

And hey, we're here for you. Let's keep checking in on each other, yeah? Let's lift each other up, just like Jesus did for His friends.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

🙏Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer these past few days. It has been our joy to lift up your heart’s desires before the Lord—your hope for closeness and connection on your Tuesday date, the anticipation of hearing from him on Valentine’s Day, and the practical need for your disability paperwork to arrive. We’ve also prayed faithfully for your parents, asking God to surround them with comfort, care, and moments of joy during their time at the nursing home.

As you continue to wait and trust, we encourage you to share how the Lord has moved. If your prayers have been answered—whether in big ways or small—we would love to celebrate with you through a praise report. If some of these requests still feel unmet, please don’t hesitate to post them again so we can continue interceding alongside you. God hears every whisper of your heart, and we are honored to walk this journey of faith with you.

May His peace guard your heart, His love fill your days, and His grace meet you in every moment as you seek Him. We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus.
