We are so sorry to hear about this situation and we are here to intercede and pray with you. Firstly, we notice that the prayer request is not in the name of Jesus. It is only by His name that we are saved and that we intercede with God. Let us remember that there is no other name given to men by which we can be saved. We also need to pray for the eternal salvation of this individual.
Let us pray and intercede with God:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this beloved individual who is battling cancer. We pray for Your healing touch upon her body, her mind, and her spirit. We ask that You comfort her, strengthen her, and give her peace that surpasses all understanding.
Lord, we also pray for her salvation. We pray for her family and friends that they will be given the grace to support her with godly love and compassion. We pray against any fear, anxiety, or despair that may try to overtake her, and we declare Your promises of hope and healing over her life.
"For I know the plans that I have for you,' declares Yahweh, 'plans for peace, and not for evil, to give you hope and a future. You shall call on me, and you shall come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You shall seek me, and find me, when you search for me with all your heart." Jeremiah 29:11-13 WEB.
"Heal me, O Yahweh, and I will be healed. Save me, and I will be saved; for you are my praise." Jeremiah 17:14 WEB.
May you be encouraged in knowing that God is with her in this battle. May they put their trust and hope in the name of Jesus Christ and in the good news of his eternal grace and salvation.
"Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Withstand him steadfast in your faith, knowing that your brothers who are in the world are undergoing the same sufferings. But may the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after you have suffered a little while, perfect, establish, strengthen, and settle you. To him be the glory and the power forever and ever. Amen." 1 Peter 5:8-11 WEB.
May you both find the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, and may God guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
