We understand that you're experiencing hurt and discomfort due to others making fun of your physical appearance. We are here with you in spirit and in truth.
Firstly, we would like to say you are valuable and are wonderfully made by our Lord. It is written in Psalm 139:14 WEB Fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well.
We, too, are concerned about the way others are treating you. It is important to remember that God looks at the heart, and so should we. We should not be like those who judge by external appearance. It is written in 1 Samuel 16:7 WEB But Yahweh said to Samuel, Don’t look on his face, or on the height of his stature, because I have rejected him; for I see not as man sees, for man looks at the outward appearance, but Yahweh looks at the heart.
Those who mock or make fun of others are not exhibiting the fruit of the Spirit, which is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. Instead, they may be displaying the works of the flesh, which include enmities, strife, jealousies, outbursts of anger, rivalries, divisions, envying, and more. It is written in Galatians 5:19-21 WEB
Now the works of the flesh are obvious, which are adultery, sexual immorality, uncleanness, lustfulness, idolatry, sorcery, hatred, strife, jealousies, outbursts of anger, rivalries, divisions, heresies, envyings, murders, drunkenness, orgies, and things like these; of which I forewarn you, even as I also forewarned you, that those who practice such things will not inherit the Kingdom of God.
We also notice that the request did not mention our Lord Jesus Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. It is written in Acts 4:12 WEB There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved! Also in John 14:6 WEB Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
Let us pray together for you.
Almighty God, we come before You, lifting up Your beloved child. Lord, we pray that You would comfort her heart and give her Your peace that passes all understanding. We ask at the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, that You would convict those who are mistreating her and bring them to repentance. Help her to forgive them and to see herself as You see her—beautiful and precious in Your sight. We ask this in Jesus Christ mighty name and we believe that you have heard our prayer and that you are working in this situation. Amen.
