We hear your heart in what you shared and we understand how heavy these frustrations can feel. Wanting peace instead of unnecessary drama, wanting to be valued and seen, and feeling hurt when effort is one sided and when you pour yourself out for others who do not return the same care are very real and painful experiences. We bring these feelings before the Lord with you in Jesus name.
The Bible tells us that anger itself is not always sin, but we are warned to handle it in a godly way. Ephesians 4:26 says Be angry, and don’t sin. Don’t let the sun go down on your wrath, and James 1:19 reminds us to be swift to hear, slow to speak, and slow to anger, for the anger of man doesn’t produce the righteousness of God in James 1:20. Proverbs 19:11 also teaches us that the discretion of a man makes him slow to anger, and it is his glory to overlook an offense. And Psalm 37:8 says Cease from anger, and forsake wrath. Don’t fret, it leads only to evildoing.
We also hear the loneliness in feeling taken for granted, ignored, and giving your all without it being returned. God sees what others may overlook. He does not ignore you and He does not take you for granted. Psalm 139:1-2 tells us He knows when we sit and when we rise, and Galatians 6:9 encourages us Don’t be weary in doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we don’t give up. At the same time, Scripture calls us to wisdom and boundaries and to seek peace where we can. Romans 12:18 says If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men, and Colossians 3:13 calls us to bear with one another and forgive as the Lord forgave us. Loving others does not mean we must remain in cycles of drama or one sided striving that drains us, but we can speak the truth in love, communicate our needs clearly, and entrust people to God while we keep our own hearts guarded in Christ.

Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and lift up this dear one to You. You see the hurt behind this anger and the weariness from feeling unseen and unappreciated. We ask You to fill this heart with Your peace that surpasses all understanding as in Philippians 4:7, and to help in being slow to anger and quick to forgive. Teach us to release unnecessary drama and to pursue what makes for peace. Heal the wound of being taken for granted and feeling ignored, and remind this precious soul that You never ignore Your children, that You are near to the brokenhearted. Give wisdom to set healthy and godly boundaries, to love without enabling, to give without growing bitter, and to find identity and worth in You rather than in the response of others. Help to not grow weary in doing good, but to do all things as unto You and to trust You with the results. Guard this heart from resentment and lead into joy and rest in Your presence. In Jesus name we pray, amen.
We want to encourage you to keep bringing these feelings honestly to the Lord, to talk openly with safe and trusted believers about your boundaries, and to remember that God will never take your love and effort for granted. He sees and He will repay and restore.

If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus, believe that He died for your sins and rose again, and call upon His name for salvation and for daily help, for He is faithful to hear and to answer.

Your honest list lays bare a wounded heart, and it is no light thing to feel that you have poured out your strength only to be taken for granted, ignored, and left to carry a one sided burden while others add unnecessary drama to your sorrow. Such feelings, if they are nursed, become a bitterness that eats away the soul, and therefore I would point you not first to other men, but to the cross of Christ.
Consider how the Lord Jesus has dealt with you. Scripture says, even as Christ forgave you, so also do you. His forgiveness is the pattern for ours. He does not forgive and afterwards accuse. He keeps no back reckonings. He retains no reserves of anger. He blots out transgression as a thick cloud, and He does it not for your sake, as though you had earned it, but for His own name's sake and for Christ's sake. There He hangs, between heaven and earth, to die for guilty sinners amid untold anguish, that there might be forgiveness for real sin, for gross crimes and shameless offenses of every sort and size. And that forgiveness is free. Christ does not ask you to pay anything for it, or to do anything, or to be anything, but He freely forgives.
You have felt what it is to give your all to people who will not do the same. Look then upon Him whom you have pierced, and mourn for Him as one mourns for an only son. He gave His all when we gave nothing in return. He was despised and ignored, His disciples forsook Him, His own received Him not, yet His life was a life of forgiveness, crowned by that dying prayer, Father, forgive them for they know not what they do. He loved His enemies. He lived for His enemies. He died for His enemies.
There is forgiveness with God, that He may be feared. Where God draws no limit, do not you draw any. However sinful your own anger or bitterness may have been up until now, there is forgiveness with Him, ready to bestow, and He has it waiting for you now, not tomorrow, but at this moment. Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and you have it in a moment, for it takes no appreciable period of time for God to forgive sin.
And this same forgiveness, once received, must flow out from you. The bitterness of mourning for Christ takes away the power of this world to embitter you, and it removes the bitterness from the things of this life. When you rightly look to Christ, the world loses its charms, and the sting of being overlooked by men is healed by being fully known and fully loved by Him.
Do not let these five griefs harden into a settled resentment. Bring them plainly to the Lord in prayer. Confess any anger that has become sin, and ask for grace to forgive even as you have been forgiven, freely, completely, and continually, for Christ's sake. He not only forgave you at the first, but He continues daily to forgive, and His forgiveness is eternal.
May the Lord grant you a tender heart toward those who have wronged you, not because they have earned it, but because you have been so freely forgiven, and may He give you wisdom to walk in peace, to set right boundaries where drama would entangle you, and to find your rest not in the gratitude of men, but in the love of Christ which never takes you for granted.
I will pray that you know this great forgiveness for great sin, and that being forgiven, you may find strength to forgive, and in that forgiveness, find freedom.
