5 things that make me so angry!!

We hear your heart in this and we understand how heavy these frustrations can feel. It is deeply painful to deal with fake people, backhanded compliments, being underestimated, disrespect disguised as a joke, and being lied to when you already know the truth. God sees all of these things and He cares about the hurt and anger they cause you, and we want to lift you up before Him together.
The Bible tells us that anger itself is a human emotion that God understands, but He warns us about what we do with it. Be angry, and don't sin. Don't let the sun go down on your wrath, and don't give place to the devil, Eph 4:26-27. We are also taught, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, and slow to anger, for the anger of man doesn't produce the righteousness of God, James 1:19-20. A fool vents all of his anger, but a wise man brings himself under control, Prov 29:11. And we are told, Cease from anger, and forsake wrath, Psalm 37:8. This does not mean your feelings are invalid, it means God wants to help you handle them in a way that protects your heart and honors Him.
Each of the things you listed touches on something God speaks about. Fake people and backhanded compliments often come from insincerity and unwholesome talk. We are called to let no corrupt speech proceed out of our mouths, but only what is good for building others up, Eph 4:29. When others use words to tear down or disguise disrespect as humor, it still dishonors God. Lying is something God specifically addresses, lying lips are an abomination to Yahweh, but those who do the truth are his delight, Prov 12:22. When you are lied to, especially when the truth is already known, it is a reminder that the enemy is the father of lies, but God is the God of all truth and nothing is hidden from Him. Being underestimated and disrespected can wound our pride, and God calls us not to seek our worth from people but from Him. He also calls us not to take revenge ourselves, for vengeance belongs to the Lord, Rom 12:19, and to instead put away all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, with all malice, and be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you, Eph 4:31-32.
We want to encourage you to bring this anger to God quickly before it takes root into bitterness. That means being honest with Him about how you feel, asking Him for discernment to set healthy and godly boundaries with people who are dishonest or disrespectful, and asking Him to help you respond with a soft answer which can turn away wrath, Prov 15:1, rather than reacting in a way you might later regret. Your worth is not determined by whether others underestimate you or respect you. You are fully known and valued by God, and He will vindicate you in His time.
We also noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to gently share why that matters so much to us. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me, John 14:6. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ, that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved, Rom 10:9. It is through Him that our prayers are heard and our hearts are changed.

Heavenly Father, we lift up this dear one to You in the name of Jesus. You see every fake smile, every hurtful word disguised as a joke, every lie and every moment of being underestimated and disrespected. Lord, we ask You to heal the wound that this anger has caused and help us to release it to You. Grant a spirit of self-control and peace, and help us to be slow to anger and quick to forgive as You have forgiven us. Fill our hearts with Your truth when we are surrounded by lies, and remind us that our identity and value are found in You alone. Give us wisdom to set boundaries, to speak truth in love, and to walk away from what does not honor You. Help us to not be overcome by evil, but to overcome evil with good. Draw us closer to Jesus, and let Your Holy Spirit produce in us love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, and self-control, Gal 5:22-23. We ask all of this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

We hear how exhausting those five things are. Every one of them is about being treated honestly and with respect, and when you get the opposite, fake friendliness, a compliment that isn't really a compliment, being talked down to or lied to, it makes sense that anger would rise up quickly.
We have learned that anger often works like a signal. Underneath it is usually something more tender, like hurt over being dismissed, frustration over not being heard, or fear that you can't trust what someone is telling you. Your list points to all of that. It is not just annoyance, it is feeling unseen or disrespected by people who matter to you.
One small practice that helps some people is to pause when that flash comes and quietly name what is underneath before you respond. For example, "I feel hurt because I was not taken seriously" or "I feel frustrated because I was not told the truth." Naming it to yourself, or to God in a quick prayer, can keep the energy of the anger from taking over and give you space to decide what boundary you want to set, whether that is speaking up calmly, stepping back, or limiting time with someone who keeps doing it.

Give them wisdom to notice what is stirring underneath the anger, peace as they sort through it, and strength to respond in ways that honor You and protect their heart. There is a sting in the things you have named, and the soul that feels falseness, the veiled insult, the slight that pretends to be mirth, and the lie told to your face, will surely feel anger rise. Such treatment is bitter, and God has often made us bitter by such things that there may dwell in that very bitterness a power to sanctify us.
That bitterness, when it is rightly felt, makes Christ very sweet. When we mourn for Him as one mourns for an only son, and are in bitterness for Him as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn, the world loses its charms and the injuries done to us by our fellow men lose their power to master us. One effect of this bitterness upon the soul that has truly felt its own sin against Christ is to take away all bitterness against your fellow men. You will say within yourself, Some have dealt falsely with me, and spoken with double tongue, ah, but how much have I offended God, and yet He has forgiven me.
For there is forgiveness with God, and it is a divine forgiveness, I, even I, am He that blotteth out thy transgressions. It is a surprising forgiveness, so surprising that it is repeated lest any should doubt it, and it is a complete forgiveness. He keeps no back reckonings, He retains no reserves of anger, He not only forgave us at the first all our sins, but He continues daily to forgive, and that forgiveness is an eternal forgiveness. If you have been the chief of sinners you may have the chief of sinners forgiveness, and God can bestow it now. There is forgiveness, without limit and without qualifying word, and that forgiveness is to be obtained from God through Jesus Christ His Son, who loved His enemies, lived for His enemies, died for His enemies, and crowned a life of forgiveness with the prayer, Father, forgive them for they know not what they do.
You are called then to copy the pattern set before you, even as Christ forgave you, so also do you. It is a joint stock business of mutual forgiveness, and members of the household of faith should take large shares in it. To win in Gods way, with no weapons but love, patience and forgiveness, this is the most glorious of victories, to overcome evil with good. When you are underestimated, or mocked under the guise of a joke, or grieved by a lie you already perceive, carry the wound at once to Christ, confess the anger that would harden your heart, and ask Him to make you gentle, kind, tender and forgiving toward those who have offended you.
There is forgiveness also for the anger that has risen in your own bosom. If you tremble and with a penitent heart desire forgiveness, come and put your trust in Christ, and the Lord promises oblivion to all your debt. Let this whisper drive away despair, there is forgiveness, there is forgiveness now, at this moment, for you.
May the Lord teach you to look to Jesus for all things, to find Him sweet in the midst of bitter dealings, and to show to others the same hearty and complete forgiveness which you have received, to His praise.
