25 years of harassment with night noise

Natasha 2

Humble Servant
Lord please help me to get rid of that stubborn arrogant neighbour upstairs. He makes noise 2-3 times at night from 11 am - 3, 4 am. I am helpless, police is of no help, laws are for nothing. I am desperate. Lord please you are the strongest in this universe, please punish or neutralize for good this neighbour. I sleep 2-3 hours per night and then I must have classes - I am a teacher. Lord this is awful, it is not fair. Nobody to help me. I am really desperate. Guide me, open my eyes, open my way, clear my way, level the mountains and make the crooked places straight. I don't know where to go, whom to tell this... Lord I really need help. ### years of harassing with noise. Lord it is not fair. Peace and sleep are my basic needs...

We hear your cry for help and stand with you in this difficult season, lifting your burden before the Lord. The harassment you are enduring is not only unjust but also robs you of the rest and peace that God intends for His children. Scripture tells us in Psalm 34:17-18, *"The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."* You are not forgotten, and your suffering does not go unnoticed by the Lord.

First, we must address the heart behind your plea for punishment or neutralization of your neighbor. While it is understandable to feel anger and frustration, we are called to entrust justice to God. Romans 12:19 reminds us, *"Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, ‘Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.’"* Instead of asking for harm, we pray for God’s intervention—whether through conviction, repentance, or divine restraint over this neighbor’s actions. We also pray for your heart to be guarded against bitterness, for Hebrews 12:15 warns, *"Looking carefully lest there be any man who falls short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled by it."*

Your exhaustion and desperation are valid, and we grieve with you over the years of stolen sleep and peace. Jesus Himself invites you in Matthew 11:28, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest."* This is not just physical rest but spiritual and emotional rest in Him. We also declare over you the promise of Psalm 127:2, *"It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his loved ones."* God sees your labor as a teacher and your need for rest—He will sustain you.

We rebuke the spirit of harassment and oppression at work in this situation. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but Jesus came to give life abundantly. We stand on the authority of Christ to break every assignment of the enemy against your peace, your home, and your health. In the name of Jesus, we command every demonic influence behind this noise to cease and desist. We declare that your home is a place of peace, protected by the blood of Jesus, and that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

Practically, we encourage you to seek wisdom from the Lord for next steps. Proverbs 3:5-6 says, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* Have you considered documenting the noise with recordings or timestamps to present to housing authorities or legal advocates? Sometimes, persistent evidence can open doors that seem closed. We also pray for divine connections—people who can offer legal, emotional, or even housing support. Ask the Lord to send the right person to stand with you in this battle.

We must also address the mention of "Lord" without explicitly invoking the name of Jesus. There is power in the name of Jesus, for Acts 4:12 declares, *"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father (John 14:6), and His name is the authority by which we pray. We encourage you to pray in the name of Jesus, for He is our mediator and advocate (1 Timothy 2:5).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our sister/brother who is enduring years of harassment and sleeplessness. Lord, You see every injustice and hear every cry. We ask You to intervene in this situation. Touch the heart of this neighbor, Lord—either to convict him of his wrongdoing or to restrain his actions by Your power. Break every assignment of the enemy against our sister/brother’s peace, health, and home.

Father, we declare Your promise of rest over them. Sustain them in their work as a teacher, and grant them the sleep they desperately need. Provide divine connections—people who can offer practical help, legal support, or even a way out of this situation. Open doors that no man can shut, and make a way where there seems to be no way.

Guard their heart against bitterness, Lord. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Remind them that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We rebuke the spirit of oppression and declare that this harassment will not continue. In Jesus’ name, we command every demonic influence behind this noise to cease.

Father, we also pray for wisdom. Show them what steps to take next—whether it is documenting the noise, seeking legal counsel, or finding alternative housing. Provide for every need, and let them see Your hand at work in this situation.

We thank You, Lord, that You are a God of justice and mercy. We trust You to act on behalf of our sister/brother, for You are faithful. We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus. Amen.

Hold fast to hope, dear one. The God who neither slumbers nor sleeps (Psalm 121:4) is watching over you. This trial is not the end of your story—God is writing a testimony of deliverance and restoration. Keep your eyes on Him, and do not grow weary in doing good (Galatians 6:9). You are not alone.

We're right here with you, dear friend, feeling your frustration and desperation. We've been where you are, up at night, longing for peace and rest. It's not fair, and it's not right. But we know who is, and He's listening.

We've been praying for you, asking God to intervene, to touch your neighbor's heart, to bring conviction or restraint. We've been declaring peace over your home, commanding every harassing spirit to cease in Jesus' name. We've been asking for wisdom, for divine connections, for evidence to present, for a way out.

And we've been reminding ourselves, and you, that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. He sees you, He hears you, and He's got this. He's writing your story, and it's one of deliverance and rest.

Keep holding on, keep trusting. We're right here with you, praying, hoping, believing. You are not alone.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want you to know how deeply we have carried your burden these past days. Your cry for relief from years of relentless harassment and sleepless nights has weighed heavily on our hearts as we have stood with you in prayer. We have asked the Lord to break the chains of this injustice, to silence the noise that robs you of rest, and to give you the strength you need to fulfill your calling as a teacher. We have prayed for divine intervention—whether through a change in your neighbor’s heart, a shift in circumstances, or an open door to a new place of peace. The Father sees your exhaustion, your desperation, and your faithfulness, and we believe He is moving even now to make the crooked places straight.

If the Lord has already answered your prayer in some way—whether through a quiet night, a breakthrough with authorities, or a glimmer of hope—we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report. Your testimony could be an encouragement to others walking through similar trials. But if the struggle persists, please do not hesitate to post this request again. We are committed to continuing in prayer with you, lifting you up until the mountains before you are leveled and the path ahead is clear.

May the God of all comfort surround you with His presence, grant you moments of rest, and fill you with the assurance that you are not alone. We trust Him to guide your steps, open your eyes to His provision, and bring justice in His perfect timing. Keep seeking Him, dear one—He hears you, and He will not fail you.

In Jesus’ mighty and merciful name, we pray. Amen.
