Servant of All
My upstair meighbour nervpusly aggressive walking up and down up and down, my walls are litteraly trembling!!. Its 1.15 am. Lord please let him go to sleep so that i can sleep in Jesus name. Lord let this night harrassment that lasts more then 10 years stops in Jesus name!!!

We hear your distress and exhaustion, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting this burden to the Lord who neither slumbers nor sleeps (Psalm 121:3-4). The relentless noise and harassment you’ve endured for over a decade is not just an inconvenience, it is an injustice that disrupts the peace God intends for His children. Scripture tells us, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men" (Romans 12:18), yet it seems your neighbor has not upheld this principle. We rebuke this spirit of disturbance in Jesus’ name and declare that the Lord will bring rest to your home.

First, we must address the spiritual weight of this situation. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), and prolonged harassment can wear down even the strongest believer. But we declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). The Lord is your refuge and fortress (Psalm 91:2), and He commands His angels to guard you in all your ways (Psalm 91:11). We pray that the Holy Spirit would surround you with His peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), even in the midst of this trial.

Practical steps are also necessary. Have you considered speaking with your neighbor during daylight hours, when tensions are lower, to express how the noise affects you? Proverbs 15:1 reminds us, "A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger." If this does not bring resolution, involving your landlord or local authorities may be necessary, as Romans 13:1-4 instructs us to submit to governing authorities for our protection. Documenting the disturbances with dates and times could also be helpful if further action is needed.

We also encourage you to examine your heart before the Lord. Are there any areas where bitterness or unforgiveness may have taken root? Ephesians 4:26-27 warns, "Don’t let the sun go down on your wrath, and don’t give place to the devil." Even in injustice, we are called to forgive as Christ forgave us (Colossians 3:13). This does not mean tolerating abuse, but releasing the burden to God so it does not harden your heart.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of Your beloved child, who has endured years of harassment and sleepless nights. Lord, You see every step taken in malice and every moment of distress caused. We ask that You would intervene in this situation. Touch the heart of this neighbor, Lord, soften it, convict it, and bring repentance. If there is a spirit of aggression or rebellion at work, we rebuke it in the mighty name of Jesus. Let Your peace reign in this home, and let the noise cease so that Your child may rest.

Father, we declare that You are the God who gives sleep to those You love (Psalm 127:2). We ask that You would cover this home with Your presence, that every disturbance would be silenced, and that Your peace would guard this heart and mind. Strengthen Your child with endurance and hope, reminding them that You are their defender. Provide wisdom for the next steps, whether it be conversation, legal action, or simply trusting in Your timing.

Lord, if there is any unforgiveness or bitterness in this heart, we ask that You would uproot it and replace it with Your love. Let this trial draw them closer to You, not drive them away. We thank You that You are working all things together for good (Romans 8:28), even this. In Jesus’ name, we declare victory over this harassment and claim rest for Your child. Amen.

Hold fast to the promise in Psalm 34:17: "The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles." You are not forgotten, and this season of turmoil will not last forever. The Lord is your strength, lean on Him, and He will sustain you.

We ache with you over the sheer weight of this, ten years of interrupted sleep and trembling walls while you simply long for rest. When footsteps pound overhead at 1:15 a.m., frustration and exhaustion become a daily grind, and your honest cry to the Lord matters deeply. You’re not being dramatic; chronic sleep disruption wears down body and spirit.

During the daylight, if it feels safe, you might consider a calm word with your neighbor. He may not realize just how much sound travels, especially late at night. If approaching him directly feels unwise, quietly reaching out to your landlord or building manager about the late‑hour noise can be a wise and humble step. Enforcing existing quiet‑hour rules isn’t a lack of faith; sometimes God uses ordinary, practical helps to bring the peace we’ve been praying for.

While we wait and hope, we also ask God to shield your heart in the racket, to give you moments of stillness even when the ceiling groans, and to guard you from bitterness after so many years.

Lord Jesus, you see this sleepless household. Quiet the restless pacing upstairs tonight and grant deep, restoring sleep. Break this long pattern of disturbance, not just for tonight but for good. Give wisdom for any daytime steps that need to be taken, and let your peace settle over this home right now, silencing what no human effort can. We ask in your name. Amen.

The trial of which you speak has pressed upon you a full decade, walls trembling, your rest broken, the hours dragged out while footsteps pound overhead. It is a small thing in the world’s eye, yet to the weary frame and the overwrought mind it becomes a wearing thorn, and I do not wonder that you cry to heaven for release. But know this: even in the midnight of this world of care, the Lord giveth His beloved sleep. He who steeps the mind in forgetfulness and bids the eyelids close is not absent from your chamber. Cry to Him, and He will rock the cradle of your rest, for He is the God who gives sleep to His own.

Yet take heed that your soul sues for a deeper peace than the mere quiet of circumstance. There is a peace which the blood of Jesus whispers within, perfect peace, even when sorrows surge around. A man may have his walls still and his bed soft, and yet be in a tempest of conscience; and another may have every outward disturbance and yet rest in the hollow of God’s hand. Make sure that your peace with God is settled upon the only foundation, Christ Jesus, who made peace through the blood of His cross. If you are reconciled to God through Him, then all other disturbances shrink; for He is on the throne, and your future, your night seasons, and your waking hours are in His keeping.

Regarding that neighbor, whose restless pacing betrays an agitated soul, let this trial drive you not to bitterness but to prayer. He is a lost sheep, perhaps, who walks up and down seeking rest and finding none. Do you not remember the terrors of the awakened sinner, who cannot sleep for frightful dreams, and feels the very floor beneath him as the mouth of hell? Intercede for him earnestly, that God would seek that which is lost, and give him that peace which he certainly seeks in vain by his own strivings. Love your neighbor; when you can do him a kind turn, do it, be it day or night. Leave vengeance in God’s hands; pray rather that this long trial might be turned to his salvation and your sanctification.

This you may take as a token of your Father’s discipline, meant to conform you to the image of His Son, who suffered, the just for the unjust. Christ was made perfect through sufferings, and He knows what it is to be wearied, to be disturbed, to have nowhere to lay His head. Bear your sorrow with Him and in Him, and you will find peace, perfect peace, though the house shake and the hours creep. And one day, for all who are in Christ, there is a sleep that shall know no waking disturbance, the rest of the grave, which is but a sleep until the bright morning when Jesus returns. Then body and soul shall be refreshed forever, and all night harassments shall be forgotten.

Until that hour, be not ignorant of your privileges: you have a throne of grace where you may obtain mercy. Turn that bedroom into an oratory; when the noise rises, let prayer ascend. The known remedy for unknown evils is prayer. And rest in this: Jesus is on the throne, and He has said, “In me you might have peace.” Peace not in circumstances, not in the stilling of every neighbor’s feet, but in Himself. May the Lord grant you His sleep tonight, and may He grant your neighbor a saving awakening, that the feet which now disturb your peace might one day walk in the way of salvation, for Jesus’ sake.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The noise that shatters the stillness of the night is meant to shatter your soul’s peace, but Christ has given you a peace that the world cannot give and cannot take away. Ten years you have endured this, and yet you cry to the Lord. He hears. But consider: what if this very trial is the chisel by which He carves deeper rest into your spirit? For there remains a rest for the people of God, not a rest of mere bodily sleep, but a Sabbath of the soul wherein Christ takes up His abode. When the walls tremble, do not let your heart tremble with them. Turn the hour of disturbance into a vigil of prayer; let the noise drive you not to frustration but to the feet of the One who stilled the storm with a word.

Do you not see how the wealthy are often kept awake by their own anxieties, while the poor man sleeps soundly? The restlessness of your neighbor may well be the fruit of a heart that knows no peace. Pray for him earnestly, not merely that he would lie down, but that the peace of Christ would rule in his heart. When you bless him in Jesus’ name, you become a peacemaker, and blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God. Such prayer does not merely seek the removal of an annoyance; it seeks the healing of a soul, and in that healing you will find your own quiet.

Do not let the long years embitter you. The Apostle rejoiced in his afflictions because the faith of his beloved ones stood firm. Stand fast now. Let this trial perfect patience in you, that you may be mature and complete, lacking nothing. God has given sleep to our wearied bodies as a medicine, but if He permits it to be disturbed, trust that He is supplying a deeper grace. In the watches of the night, lift up your heart: “I will bless the Lord who has given me counsel; my reins also instruct me in the night season.” Before you know it, the noise will pass, but the grace gained in those wakeful moments will endure to eternal life. The Lord quiet you with His love, and give you the rest that remains for those who hope in Him.

You have lived with this for more than ten years, and the exhaustion runs deep. When the walls literally tremble and the steps keep coming at one in the morning, your whole body braces for the next blow. That kind of night after night disruption grinds you down.

But your mind keeps circling the noise, replaying the disturbance, wondering when it will stop. Peace does not come from the absence of trouble; it comes from where you fix your attention. The Lord keeps in perfect peace the one whose mind is stayed on Him. Not on the ceiling. Not on the footsteps. On Him. When you lie there waiting for quiet, let your last waking thoughts fall on the Shepherd who never sleeps. Plant His promises in your mind right before you close your eyes. What you sow there in those final moments will bear fruit through the night.

You already know peace with God through Jesus Christ. His blood settled that forever. But there is also the peace of God, the kind that passes understanding, a calm in the middle of chaos that the world cannot explain. It comes not because the noise stops, but because your heart has found its refuge. Jesus said, "My peace I give to you." That gift is for right now, in the shaking room, at 1:15 AM.

Think of the Shepherd who is also the door. Nothing enters the sheepfold except across Him. No disturbance, no harassment, no trembling wall touches you without first passing through His will. If He permits it, He also provides the grace to endure it. The long-suffering He shows us daily becomes our own long-suffering toward others, even when their actions feel deliberate.

This trial has stretched on far longer than seems fair, and suffering that you did not cause always feels hardest. Yet what the wind does to the young tree, driving its roots deeper, this sustained hardship can do in you. It develops a steadiness, a character that will not be shaken when the world shakes. You are learning to rest not in quiet circumstances, but in the quietness of God Himself.

So tonight, and every night, before sleep takes you, stir your mind toward Him. Speak His peace over your room. Entrust your neighbor, your rest, and your night into His hands. He ordains peace for His people. He will see to it.
