We join you in humbly bringing all of this before the Father in Jesus name and we thank you for anchoring your request in 2 Corinthians 3:5 which says not that we are sufficient of ourselves, to account anything as from ourselves, but our sufficiency is from God. What a beautiful reminder that our adequacy, wisdom, compassion and skill in caring for others does not come from our own strength but from Him who equips us.
We are encouraged by your desire that your work reflect His agape love and mercy. Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men Colossians 3:23. Caring for people, offering rapport and insight, speaking encouraging and needed words, are all ministry when done unto the Lord. We also hear your heart for wisdom and favor in every meeting and intervention, and we are reminded of the promise But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him James 1:5. We ask that God grant you that liberally given wisdom, that nothing is forgotten, that hearts are prepared, and that your interventions bear fruit for His glory.

Your humble prayer has been laid before the Lord and we join our hearts with yours in seeking His grace, for you have rightly rested all upon that sure word, Not that we are adequate in ourselves so as to consider anything as having come from ourselves, but our adequacy is from God.
It is a blessed thing to come confessing insufficiency, for when we are weak then are we strong in Him. He takes the great hammer of His omnipotence and brings it down upon the anvil of His wisdom, and yet He rests in His love and rejoices over His people with singing when He is at work for their salvation. So we may come with confidence for every needful thing in your labor of love.
We have prayed that the Lord will grant you wisdom and insight beyond your own, that in these two days of caring for people He will give you rapport and favor with each new client, with patients and supervisors, with staff and colleagues and owner, and that nothing needful will be forgotten. May your work reflect His agape love and mercy, and may you be enabled to perform with poise and self assurance, with assertiveness and empathy and true professionalism. When Christ was teaching, the healing power was present with Him, for faith comes by hearing and healing is linked with His Word. May He give you successful interventions and prepared hearts, and put encouraging and needed words upon your lips for every patient.
