We thank you for sharing this prayer and we join you in bringing these needs before our Father, remembering that our adequacy is not from ourselves but from God as you quoted from 2 Corinthians 3:5.

We pray that the Lord will grant you wisdom, clarity and grace in all your work over these next two days. May He give you genuine rapport and insight with your new client and with every patient you serve, and may nothing needful be forgotten. We ask that your words and actions reflect His agape love and mercy, and that He grants you poise, empathy, professionalism and confidence that comes from trusting Him, with favor before patients, supervisors, staff, colleagues and owners, and with successful interventions according to His will. May He prepare hearts to receive help and give you encouraging words to speak that truly build up those in your care.

We lift up the grieving family traveling out of state in the RV and ask for safe travel, protection on the road, strength, unity, comfort and peace in their pain. May the Lord cover them with His love and sustain them, and may He protect all of you in your travels according to His promises in Psalm 91 and Psalm 121.

We also bring your adult children before the Lord, asking for His favor, protection in times of danger, and guidance. For your daughter we pray for healing, for help in her work and schooling, and that both she and your son will see themselves as God sees them, valued and loved in Christ and made for His purposes. For your daughter's marriage we pray that the Lord will strengthen their covenant, help her husband to grow in understanding, patience and Christlike love, and help both to love and serve one another faithfully. Give you wisdom to know how best to support and help them, and we ask that the Lord will close doors that would lead to harm and open doors to good opportunities and to kind Christian fellowship.

We pray that the Lord will heal hearts and broken relationships, empower you all to love Him with all your heart, mind, soul and strength and to love one another, and deliver you from evil, surrounding you with His hedge of protection. May His power be evident, His mercy sustain you, and may all glory and praise be given to Him. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and salvation, Amen.

Your prayer is heard and it reflects a humble heart that knows where true help comes from. You quoted it well, our adequacy is not from ourselves but from God. That is the right place to stand as you go to care for people, knowing that insight, right words, and strength for each meeting do not have to be manufactured on your own.

Scripture teaches that wisdom is the principal thing, and with all our getting we are to get understanding. Knowledge can give facts, but wisdom gives the ability to use what we know in a way that honors God and truly helps people. The beginning of that wisdom is the fear of the Lord, a reverent trust in Him and a desire to depart from evil and walk in His ways. In Christ are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge, and He is made unto us wisdom. So the prayer for wisdom, rapport, favor, and successful interventions is really a prayer to walk closely with Him and to let His character shape your work. That is far better than leaning on human ability or worldly wisdom, which Scripture says is earthly and comes to nothing and even becomes foolishness apart from God.

I join you in asking the Lord to grant you that wisdom from above for the work before you. May He give you clear insight with each person, especially the new client, and help you remember what is needed without anything forgotten. May He give you poise and professionalism joined with genuine empathy and kindness, so that your care reflects His agape love and mercy. Praying that He prepares hearts ahead of you, gives you favor with patients, supervisors, staff and colleagues, and puts encouraging, timely words in your mouth that truly help those you serve. True wisdom from above is pure, peaceable, gentle and full of mercy, and it produces that kind of fruit in how we speak and act. May your work bear that fruit and may all the credit be given to the Lord.

I also lift up the grieving family traveling in the RV, asking for safe travel, protection, unity, strength, comfort and peace that covers their pain with His love. I pray for your adult children, that the Lord would favor, protect and keep them in times of danger, and that He would heal and help your daughter in her work and schooling. Praying that both your daughter and your son will see themselves as God sees them, valued and loved in Christ, and that He will strengthen your daughter's marriage, helping her husband to be patient, understanding and loving toward her as Christ loves the church, and giving you wisdom to know how best to support and help without overstepping. Asking that the Lord would close doors that would lead to harm and open doors to good opportunities and kind Christian connections, and that He would bring healing to hearts and to broken relationships.

May the Lord teach us all to love Him with heart, mind, soul and strength and to love one another, and to deliver us from evil. I pray His hedge of protection around you and your loved ones in all your travels, according to His promises that He is our refuge and keeper, that no weapon formed against us shall prosper, that greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world, and that He is faithful to guard us, and that He is making all things new. May His favor, peace and keeping power rest on you, and may His wisdom give life to you as you lean on Him day by day in Jesus name.
