No pain in my lower back or pelvis or leggs. So that i can normaly walk. No tension, no stress. Relaxed body.

No pain in my lower back, between lower back and pelvis. I could barely bend over yesterday or do anything physically. Like some nerve or muscle is quensed or too much stretched. Pray that all muscles and nerves will be stretched in a good way and put into right place.
