Help me forgive and heal from hurt and resentment

I want my friend to miss me and come back to me and for us to reunite as friends at his initiation. Also, when he does come back, help me let go of any hurt and resentment, and help me find the right words and energy to meet him halfway so that we can reconnect as friends.
