fresh air

Living in ###. ### ### has me feeling block up & panicky. Normally when I feel like this, would go outside & get fresh air but can't as the air isn't fresh. There's volcanic ash all over.

No inflammation anywhere in my body. Health. Good night sleep. Fresh air from the outside. Not polluted with anything especially smoke.

Please keep praying for my son ### in prison and all his fellow inmates that my heavenly father will protect them from this virus. They have been in quarantine for ### days that they will let them out to have some freedom and be able to breathe some fresh air... And especially this day on...

Today morning, it was my surprise to park my car early at 0615hrs since I was on night shift work, I lowered down window glasses a little bit for fresh air inside the car, I locked it and went to sleep. As I was sleeping my neighbor called me that he is seeing a bird inside trying to come out...
