blood test

I can't sleep yesterday and all number went up bp, heart rate etc, I should sleep better today to get back to normal, Unfortunately, 2 hours after sleep, my mother woke me up to eat and sounds, I had to struggle to sleep back again, I will have a blood test tomorrow and so really need to sleep...
