Lord please let my upstair neighbour stop listening to very loud music. Every time i come home i hear drums and basses and his nervous loud walking up and down, even in loud slippers. Sometimes he slams with doors and windows. Lord let him use headphones... Also i hear loud drilling machine and...

Please let this terrible noise of loud music and basses stop. It lasts now for hours. Kids have a party obviously. - on a hill..it spreads in the whole city block.
