alcohol problem

My son had a brain injury when he was 18 and is now is 47. He will always be 18. In the past few years he started having seizures. Upon an mri there were also strokes. We have the seizures under control but he has dementia which is getting worse. He smokes pot and has an alcohol problem. Please...
