In times of struggle, hurt, sorrow, and weeping he is there. "No weeping no hurt or pain, no suffering you hold me now, you hold me now." We all fall short of god's standard. We all sin, and turn away from god. God never leaves our side, hes there when we need a shoulder to cry on, or someone to simply just talk to. The lord knows what your struggling with for he knows your every move. He may not be to happy with something that you have chose to do but he will forgive you if you simply ask for his forgivness. He is so proud of each and every one of his children, how hard we work, and how much we do to praise him. I dont understand why it's so hard to praise him all the time. But you know what, im guna give it a try!

For everyone who find themselves wondering if God even hears their prayers, I want to encourage you to believe the word of God. When the Word says that God hears our prayers, then thank Him for hearing you. Sometimes the things we go through in our lives are of our own doing...by that I mean we have made choices that did not line up with the revealed will of God. Even in the midst of the storms of our lives that are of our own making, believe that God is there with you in the midst of it...He said He would never leave us nor forsake us, and even if it "feels" like He's nowhere to be seen, He's as close as the mention of His name. My youngest son Julius asked me to pick him up tonight from school , and so I did. While driving home, as usual, the conversation between us had become a little bit heated. There are people in this world that ask me why i believe in god. Well i can't tell you. I just know that i believe. I'm a teenager that got into a lot the past few years. You know every time i look back i have regret about what i have done in the past. There are times in my life where i could just get on my knees for hours and cry. I love Genesis 1:3 And God SAID: Light Be! and light was. God's word is LIGHT! It is a two-edged sword! Since Christ is the 'light' of the world, and He is the 'word' of God and He is 'life' it only seems right that all those things abide in us through Holy Spirit.
