We associate fear with danger because that is how our body interacts with our God given motivation for self preservation. It's common knowledge that we do not picture or see ourselves as other people pictures or see's us. We, most of the time, vision ourselves in such a way that other people may not see us in the same way. We like to think highly of our selves.
