MAY I ASK YOU TO CONSIDER DROPPING IT? DECEMBER 19, 2015 FAITHLIVINGNOW@GMAIL I know it was a terrible trauma. I know the wounds and scars are actually still bleeding profusely. I know you still cry uncontrollably at times. But, would you consider this for just a moment? Would you consider that I know about abuse too, and that I’ve suffered greatly? Would you consider my proposal if I shared my awful stories? Please accept that I’ve experienced many kinds of trauma. Each one horrible and taking many years for recovery. I cannot render all the stories because of the thing I’m about to tell you. I hope you’ll listen and not run away. One day as I was sobbing uncontrollably again, Father asked, “What are you doing?”...
REJOICE IN THE LORD ALWAYS Philippians 4:4 Rejoice in the Lord always: and again I say, Rejoice. The world experiences joy and happiness in direct proportion to their circumstances. Bad circumstances produce sorrow and depression, while good circumstances produce joy and a sense of peace. Believe it or not that is bondage my friend, and that should not be the case with Christians. No longer will violence be heard in your land, nor ruin or destruction within your borders, but you will call your walls Salvation and your gates Praise. 19 The sun will no more be your light by day, nor will the brightness of the moon shine on you, for the Lord will be your everlasting light, and your God will be your glory. 20 Your sun will never set again, and your moon will wane no more; the Lord will be your everlasting light, and your days of sorrow will end. 21 Then all your people will be righteous and they will possess the land forever. They are the shoot I have planted, the work of my hands, for the display of my splendor. 22 The least of you will become a thousand, the smallest a mighty...
Let's not continue wandering around in the desert, grumbling and complaining that God has not answered our heartfelt pleas. We must trust the Lord that He will give everything that we need and truly desire in due time because God is good and His Word promises that. For His Word says: Luke 12:32 Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom. Psalm 37: 3 Trust in the Lord, and do good; Dwell in the land, and feed on His faithfulness. 4 Delight yourself also in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart. 5 Commit your way to the Lord, Trust also in Him, And He shall bring it to pass. Or do we not trust in his Word? Why are you grumbling if He will gladly...
