1Jn 4:17 Love has been perfected among us in this: that we may have boldness in the day of judgment; because as He is, so are we in this world. Many of us go through life like a pin machine, being bounced from one bumper to another with no real stability in our lives. These are born again believers I am speaking of. Why is that? Because we don't know our identity in Christ and also, most churches teach law and grace which keeps us in bondage to the fear that God is angry with us and because He is, He refuses to help us. This is far from the truth. Jn 4:16 And we have known and believed the love that God has for us. God is love, and he who abides in love abides in God, and God in him. Here...
Deeper than the ocean floor. Higher than the highest mountain. It reaches to heaven. It will never ever die out nor will leave us all alone on earth to fight our trials all by ourselves. O Lord, I will give you the key of my heart, so you can enter in any time of the day. And when you enter in, stay right there to bless, to heal, to restore us unto Yourself. Irrigate the vein of my body with thy presence. Fill us with Thy love and mercy. O deep love of Jesus. Vast, unmeasure, boundless, free. Rolling as a mighty ocean in its fullness over me. You know o Lord, how much we love You, how much we want to serve You. If we cause You so much pain, then unhapiness falls on our life. Then we cannot find true peace down deep in...
"All things have been handed over to Me by my Father. No one knows the Son except the Father, and no one knows the Father except the Son and anyone to whom the Son chooses to reveal Him" (Matt 11:27; Luke 10:22). "Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me; for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls" (Matt 11:28-29). The Lord's Prayer "Your Father knows what you need before you ask Him. So then, this is how you should pray: ‘Our Father in heaven, hallowed be Your Name'" (Matt 6:7-9). "When you pray, say, Our Father in Heaven, hallowed be Your Name" (Luke 11:2). The fact is that Jesus as The Son of God not...
Firstly we should remember Jesus said "Pray after this manner" (Matt 6:9) and "When you pray say this" (Luke 11:2). This is God's Word to all believers for all time (Whoever hears my words and acts upon them will be like a man that founded his house on a rock [Matt 7:24-27]). Our Father in heaven (How to approach God -- with confidence in His Fatherly goodness to those He has adopted because of the Redemption Accomplished by His Only-begotten Son [This is The Supreme Place to Start) I. These Are God's Petitions... Hallowed be Your Name; (We should pray for God's glory and reputation to increase and see it more ourselves so we can spread it) Your Kingdom come, (That the church would be nourished cherished by...
What kind of home we would have without Gods wonderful word? What kind of life we would carry without reading His holy written word? I am right at home when I start reading His wonderful promises that were written for us. I am going to prepare a place for you that where I am there you may be also. So, when you are tired and depressed, grab your bible and start reading from begining to end. On dark and dreary days start reading and obeying Gods word. When hungry and thristy come to Jesus and hear what He has to say. He speaks to us through His word. Thy word o Lord is a lamp unto me feet and a light unto my path. Psalm 119.105
I cried. Today I cried again. Though weeping from the same heart, the reasons could not have been more different. There is something that severs the soul when you realize that you hadn't been loved the way you thought or the way you had loved. Day before yesterday, I realized that someone in close relation to me fit that scenario in my life. As if that realization weren't hurtful enough, when I recalled the likely reason, I was overcome with grief. I was inconsolably saddened. Not because of something I had done to them; nor even something they had done to me. But because I realized that this person had harbored a resentment toward me because of that which they were caught in the act of attempting, disciplined sorely and...
I talked to her in whispers last night. I told her not to worry, I will be back again. Then the accident happened. He was no more. Why did he not say goodbye and no more will see you again? O Father, can you hear me? When the goodbyes shall stop? I do not want to say anyomore goodbye to anyone. My nextdoor neighbors moved away. Goodbyes to all. My boss is retiring. I have to say goodbye to him. My pastor also is up in age and will retire soon. Should I say to him goodbye? O precious Lord. When all this shall stop? Then I heard a whisper in my ears. In my Fathers house are many mansions. I am going to prepare a place for you. That where I am there you may be also. No more tears. No more pain and sorrow...
Our wonderful Savior and Lord told us to do this daily. Watch and pray that you may not enter into temptation. The spirit is willing but the flesh is weak. Matt. 26.41. If you and I love Jesus so much we should do this daily. Speaking to the Father who love us with an everlasting love. Who cares for us. Who wants to bless our life and give us new hope. O God, please make us all prayer warriors. Taking all tiredness of our heart and mind. Give us strenght to continue on serving You with all our heart, mind and soul. He who lives without prayer in his life will be like a barren land, with no hope ahead of them. He who seldom reads Gods word will live an empty life. Call on the Lord day and night. Read His word daily...
