*NOTICE one example of how ushistory.org (and any modern "revisionist history" mostly public, secular education system) REWRITES HISTORY in their following summary of Thanksgiving: "The Plymouth Pilgrims simply celebrated survival, as well as the hopes of good fortune in the years that lay ahead." http://www.ushistory.org/us/3b.asp (very bottom of page is summary or conclusion of all that is before and meant to "stick" in one's brain). THIS IS A LIE... IT IS FALSE TEACHING... FUNNY, LOOK AT THE PROCLAMATION of WILLIAM BRADFORD, BELOW: The Pilgrims were clearly thankful to the "Great Father" for specific blessings, for His specific protections, and were not "celebrating survival." The Pilgrims mention...
I notice when the devil misleads, he doesn't just take a few people ,then move on.A certain sin becomes "trendy", and then thousands of people start following it, the blind leading the blind.3 things I see growing and growing.Reincarnation, cremation and legalizing pot.Compare to what Scipture says. Reincarnation___"it is appointed unto men ONCE to die, and after this the judgement."ONCE, not 20 times. These beliefs were in pagan cultures. The Israelites were told,"do not borrow these things from the nations around you."Cremation__Everyone in the Bible was buried. Here again, look at which countries practiced cremation. To me, it's more natural to let the body decay on it's own.If I knew a love one my whole life, why would I want them to...
Unsaved people have a habit of decreeing where a dead persons soul goes after death. They like doing Gods job for Him in deciding the fate of the unsaved.Like, if someone they liked dies, they proclaim with"certainty" or put in the obituary, that "heaven is richer now". Or if a sports figure dies, someone on their team looks up and states,"I did this for you.I "know" you're up there. And they go the other way, if someone who wronged them dies, they proclaim with certainty that they went to Hell.{Interesting that they don't realize that ,being unsaved themselves, THEY'RE going to Hell, and the person they dislike may get saved before death and and THEY'LL go to heaven. Like, I read an online post by a Christian when Charles Manson was...
#METOO My thoughts and prayers are with these courageous women, these good Samaritans. No Moore sexual harassment and abuse. God has laid the foundation onto which we can only add, yet, it is upon that foundation that we are called to even greater works. “CHANGE THE NARRATIVE” THE DEVIL’S PLAN I am touched and so very proud of the women who have had the courage to stand up and stand together against sexual misconduct, especially those who were violated as children. Unfortunately, I know through personal experience, how difficult it is to speak out. Not only are there those who demand your silence and accuse you of lying but there are also those who attempt to label you as a victim, YOU ARE SURVIVORS...
All Scripture is given by inspritation of God. And is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction for instruction in righteouness. Thank you Jesus for Your word. It makes our steps go straight to heavens gates. It lead us all into holiness. Open our hearts, minds and soul to understand Your word. In Jesus name. Amen
There are 2 areas that I see Christians take "guesses" at, but based on that they've been wrong every time, and that the Bible even states that one of them is strictly Gods knowledge, shows me that they're relying on human wisdom rather than the Spirit. One, every time a political figure with some ungodly traits is in power, they say they've added up numbers that come to 666.proving that they're the Antichrist. There was a long list, but some have passed away, others are no longer in power, and none of them were from the area where the Bible states the Antichrist will come to power. But even I fell into this a little, with the impending death of Charles Manson,I had a creepy thought that he would die, then come back to life, and become the...
So my local radio station asks this question when they have an artist in their 'artist spotlight' show on Wednesday evenings, so I thought it would be a neat question to ask everyone and see their answers. I'll provide the question and then my answer. What is your favorite part about where you are with God right now? My favorite part is that God is so mysterious. Only He knows what the future holds for me and why I'm at where I'm at in my life right now. Also, all these questions are starting to pop up in my head about Him and Jesus that I never would have thought to ask. Not bad questions, just things that I never thought of before, but as I read more of His Word, I want to know more about Him and that's where all...
It never ceases to amaze me,how the unsaved think their particular sin is a better pathway to God than the next ones sin.In my own family I notice this. Like, my mother and sister and some cousins are into the occult. I have an aunt I THOUGHT had more sense, but I see now she's completely deceived, just as much as any of them. Like, now she constantly harps on the ufos are going to be the salvation of Mankind, the ufos, this, that. Now we know the occult is a demonic deception.{Seances, astrology, etc.}So she knocks that, yet this ufo nonsense. Let's face it,the" ufos"popped up at the same time as all the other occult mania surfaced. Also, Christian viewpoints I've read, mostly say that's demons trying to deceive us.Second, while knocking...
One thing is needful in our life time. That is Jesus. When sick and all alone. Call on the Lord who is worthy of praise. He will hear from heaven and will heal your heart. Teach us o Lord to regard Your holy promises to our heart. I will not leave you nor forsake you. Nothing on earth gives us pleasure than expending time in Thy holy presence. This yoke of ours presses heard on our soul. You o Lord are the One who will carry us through. My yoke is easy and my burden is light. O the wonderful promises that comes from Your heart. Teach us o Lord o hear and obey Your word. I need Jesus today I need to hear His voice. Without Him life is empty and lonely. Hear us o Lord when we pray...
