For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says. Mark 11:23 YOU WILL HAVE WHATEVER YOU SAY God says that we will have whatever we say. So whatever we want to have, we can say it and have it. Unfortunately, we often say what we don’t want to have. For example, we say, “I don’t know why I go through my money so fast every month. Even when my boss gives me an increment, there never seems to be enough money.” And true enough, we see a lack of money at the end of every month. You see, you will have whatever you say, good or bad. So why not change what you have been...
Scripture: Romans 8:38-39: For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. I received an email yesterday questioning our Love as Christians in a very divided society. The issue was that we as Christians are to Love our enemies. I am not sure I am qualified to address this issue; but, I am going to give it a try. The New Testament writers operated under the recognition that Christianity would be a rejected counter-culture. The values of the Kingdom are not the values of the majority of people. Because many of us live...
You know...I hear and see so much of,when confronted by something they did that was wrong, or even unintentionally harmed another, people break forth in a nervous voice, and break into a guilty sounding denial."I DID NOT do that, they proclaim in a loud, nervous voice. They can't deal with admitting their guilt.Other times ,out of their guilt they try to "pass it off" on someone else,"It wasn't me!And they make scapegoats--"the reason I did that was because "so and so" deceived me.It's THEIR fault!!"I've also seen where they said,"I don't want to hear it!""and walk away.Any of this sound familiar? When God was walking in the Garden in the cool of the day,and He asked Adam why He was hiding, and what he did, how did he deal with his...
KJB 1611, Genesis 2: 2 And on the seuenth day God ended his worke, which hee had made: And he rested on the seuenth day from all his worke, which he had made. 3 And God blessed the seuenth day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his worke, which God created and made. So he rested and he blessed and sanctified only the 7th day. Sanctified means PUT Apart and Blessed means made HOLY. So it is important that we understand which day this really is, don't you think? None of the other days were blessed nor sanctified. In the Bible Sabbath means rest day to indicate the day the Lord rested. Ie, the day that is Holy and Set Apart. So, then, when is this Sabbath Day (In Hebrew Shabbat) The word Sabbath means...
The Church Deceived by Satan
The Origin of Sun Worship, Trinity, Babylon and Sunday Worship Satan's church had its beginning at Babylon with the construction of the Tower of Babel on the plain of Shinar by the River Euphrates many generations after the deluge. At the time of the construction of Babylon at the Tower of Babel (Genesis 11:1-4), mankind had multiplied and spoken one language. Cush who was the son of Ham and grandson of Noah (Genesis 10:1, 6), helped to plan with his son Nimrod, a blueprint by which to rule the world of humanity through a wicked counterfeit religion. Nimrod was the originator of sun worship and founder of Babylon. A Bible translation called the Targum says, “Nimrod became a mighty man of sin, a murderer of innocent men, and a...
Love all the wonderful promises He has given to all of us. No one will take those promises away and none will make us forget what He said. But whoever listens to Me will live in safety and be at easy without fear of harm. Prov. 1.33 I am the Way, the Truth and the Life, no one comes to the Father but through Me. John 14.6 I am with you always, even to the end of the age. Matt. 28.20 May this wonderful promises bring fresh air to your troubled soul. The Lord is with us and He is going to prepare a place for us that where He is there we shall be also. John 14.27 As we breath God word into our souls may the peace and the joy of the Lord fill our heart with His holy presence. Remember, In the presence of the Lord, there is...
Question: "Why do Christians worship on Sunday?" Answer: Most Christians traditionally worship on Sunday. Sunday worship is partly attributed to Sabbatarianism, the view that one day of the week should be reserved for religious observance and worship, as required by Old Testament laws regarding the Sabbath (Exodus 20:8, 31:12–18). In this view, man is to abstain from all labor except that which is necessary for the welfare of family and society. This interpretation of the law contends that only on the literal Sabbath, the seventh day of the week (Saturday), can the requirements of the law be met. Semi-Sabbatarianism followers, as early as the fourth century AD, believed essentially as the Sabbatarians did, with the exception that...
That which follows is evidence for the truth: The Change of Days & Times: Constantine’s law issued (AD321) did not even mention Sabbath but referred to the mandated rest day as a “the venerable day of the sun.” And how kind he was to allow people to observe it as it was convenient. Contrast this with God’s command to observe the Sabbath “even during the plowing season and harvest” (Exodus 34:21)! Perhaps the church leaders noticed this laxity as well, for just four years later, in A.D. 325, Pope Sylvester officially named Sunday “the Lord’s Day,” and in A.D. 338, Eusebius, the court bishop of Constantine, wrote, “All things whatsoever that it was the duty to do on the Sabbath (the seventh day of the week) we (Constantine, Eusebius...
Dear Lord, I come to You in deepest love and concern for my loved one. As you know it is hard for me to watch them go through this situation. It is even harder sometimes to keep my thoughts and emotions in check. Sometimes when I am in prayer, all these things get stirred up and it is hard for me to concentrate and hear Your voice. As I go into my prayer time with You right now, I pray that You will settle all these things inside me. Clear my heart and mind of anything that will hinder my discernment of Your voice. In Your name I pray. Amen
LORD, how many are my foes! How many rise up against me! Many are saying of me, “God will not deliver him.” But you, LORD, are a shield around me, my glory, the One who lifts my head high. I call out to the LORD, and he answers me from his holy mountain. I lie down and sleep; I wake again, because the LORD sustains me. I will not fear though tens of thousands assail me on every side. Arise, LORD! Deliver me, my God! Strike all my enemies on the jaw; break the teeth of the wicked. From the LORD comes deliverance. May your blessing be on your people. - Psalm 3
