Do not let satan bring you down to depression and hopelessness. Jesus wants us all believing, trusting, and waiting for Him day and night. Let your soul heal under the arms of the Lord. He is full of compassion and mercy. Let us all endure the pain of a broken heart because everything has changed and now there is no time to worry. Lord, hold our hands and our hearts because we are in the middle of crisis. You have promised to come and rescue us from going to the pit of hell's burning fire. I believe, I trust, and I wait for Jesus to come and save us now and in the future, to end up in heaven's wonderful home prepared for us by the Lord Himself. Wipe out our tears; we must lean on the shoulders of Him who sent us here to earth to be a...
Call on the Lord who is worthy of all praise. Allictions sent by God are usually steps that lead us to heaven. Paul the apostle was in jail for no reason. An earthquake came and freed him from his chains. In times of our affliction we commonly meet with the sweetest experience of the love of God. Doubt no more. Jesus comes to us when we are full of trouble, fear and uncertainty. He will save us, He will heal us, He will be with us all the time. So, let us all be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.
A radio pastor I listened to a long time ago said, "A world without Christ is a cruel world." Well, I can't help but observe certain things as I go on in life, and I would have to agree. I would use the word callous, as that means unfeeling. Now Christians, what are our fruits? Compassion, outgoing love of others, even sympathy. We're taught the higher aspects of humanity in the Spirit. Now look at the people out in "the world," and how they deal with people with problems. It's a cruel world. And nowhere does this come out more than when money is involved. If someone loses their job, is unemployed for a while, or just runs into unexpected expenses, how do the bill collectors act? Do you think they have "Christian compassion?" The...
All Christians around the world are meeting in their homes, at church and wherever they are for protection, for healing and for hope of seeing Jesus face to face. Jesus wants us all in glory and may be this is the way to tell us that He is right there to welcome us in heaven. Dear Lord, may our family and friends be protected from all harm. May Your holy presence fill their hearts with hope and peace down deep in their souls. May we enjoy your holy presence wherever we are knowing that You are waiting for us at the gates of glory. Take away all fear and all hopelessness. In Jesus name. Amen
Lots of people wondered about this question in Jesus' time and today, many more are denying Jesus is the Son of the living God. Yes, Jesus is the Son of the living God. An encounter with Him in our life everything changes for the good of those who will love Him with all their heart, mind, and soul. Serving Him is the best job we can have on earth. Jesus Himself asked His disciples, "Who do you think I am?" They say, "You are the Messiah sent by God. You are the Son of the living God." Healing the sick, casting out devils that torment people everywhere, calming the sea when it is raging, and telling people this world is not our home. Heaven is. Darkness cannot stand before a brilliant light that comes from Jesus' own heart. Let us all...
With everyone in a tizzy about coronavirus, I see it differently. When asked about what the signs of the last days will be, one of them Jesus said is PESTILENCE. If Jesus predicted it, it's a prophecy, the Word of God. Now, if coronavirus is in line with the Word of God as a prophecy that is going to happen, if we pray that it doesn't happen, when Jesus stated that as a pestilence it would, aren't we actually praying to OVERRIDE JESUS STATEMENTS WHICH WOULD MAKE JESUS A LIAR? For example, we know Armageddon is coming. IF we pray about it, though it's God's will to punish the unbelievers, wouldn't we be FIGHTING AGAINST God's prophecies, asking Him to be a liar? We can pray against the Antichrist coming, but he will still come...
Late Friday, after declaring a national emergency over the COVID-19 pandemic, President ### declared Sunday a National Day of Prayer. "It is my great honor to declare Sunday, March 15th as a National Day of Prayer," the President tweeted. "We are a Country that, throughout our history, has looked to God for protection and strength in times like these.... The President also tweeted, "....No matter where you may be, I encourage you to turn towards prayer in an act of faith." Earlier on Friday, officials with the Southern Baptist Convention had also called for a day of prayer to be held this Sunday, asking everyone to pray for the coronavirus global pandemic. In a statement, the Great Commission Council of the SBC is asking all...
Jesus knows everything we have in our heart. He knows the situation we are going through. He wants us all in heaven. He is reminding us that we belong not on earth but in heaven. He wants us all full of faith and believe in His word. I am coming soon.... and this is the sign of that truth. All we have to do is to say this.... Yes Lord. Come. We are waiting for You. You are the comforter of our troubled souls. No one will come to our aid except You who promised to be with us to the end of the world. Our brothers and sisters are there with us to fast and pray for each other. To uplift us up to heaven so we shall be gathered together in heaven to sing God's praises. Everything we see around is what Jesus said. Before His coming signs...
In the Bible, there are verses that seem to say one thing, but in another book of the Bible another verse appears to have a different meaning on the issue. Now then...one such issue I've heard different viewpoints on from different Christians, is the timing of when the unsaved who died go to hell. What made me think of this, is that I've known unsaved people who died, some quite recently, and some who I've known very well. And to look at them in the coffin, the body gives no indication of where their soul went. It's just a lifeless body. I can even in the Spirit "see" them standing before God for judgment. {"And I saw the dead, great and small, stand before God. And books were opened. And another book was opened. It was the Book of...
