I wonder if anyone but me realizes this, but one point I've been making is, with this mass hysteria over coronavirus, {including people on this site}, this OBSESSION, I did notice a problem it causes, and I'm curious to see if I'm the only one who realizes this... Jesus went about, according to the Bible, healing ALL manner of sickness, and all who were oppressed of the devil'. How many? ALL. It doesn't read, He would just pray for coronavirus, but ignore everyone else's problems. He healed the blind the deaf, etc. Do you think if coronavirus was around then, He would just throw everyone else under the bus, and ONLY focus on the one problem? What is a "do it yourself" Christian? It's a Christian who, instead of following God's way, claims Christianity but does things the Bible tells us are NOT God's way. Like, they want it both ways. Like..I have a neighbor who goes around quoting Jesus' name. says "Praise God", but yet is into yoga, which is from Hinduism, and also has accepted some other parts of Hindu philosophy. And part of being a "do it yourself" Christian is, when you try to question how they can claim Christianity but practice or defend things condemned in the Bible, they make excuses for it, "Yeah but you know, as long as.." Right now we have to stop assembling together in a building because of the Coronavirus. There are Christians who contracted the Coronavirus while attending church and at choir practice. Some have died from it. But just because we can’t assemble in a building, we still can encourage one another, pray for one another, and help our neighbors, brothers and sisters in Christ in a safe way. One look at the reaction (or overreaction) to this coronavirus is all I need to show me the difference between a saved and an unsaved person. The level of fear with "regular" people who are unsaved is over the top. Wearing masks, asking others if they washed their hands, spraying Lysol on everything, staying indoors. They're petrified. And guess what? THAT'S EXACTLY HOW THE DEVIL WANTS THEM TO FEEL. What do you think the devil's intent was with sending this thing on us? He knows how unsaved people think, how to push their buttons, and how to scare them. We all have got to stay informed about the Coronavirus so that we can stay safe, protected, healthy, and inform those who are not with the truth.
