Cancer, leukemia, emphesyma, and all kinds of diseases come along with riches from earth because rich people eat junk food and buy those things full of chemicals and poisons in their meals. So they gain weight and lose their vision. They never fast nor pray to God for blessings in whatever they do. All they want is money, power, riches of earth and at the end their days worry so much about who will get those things they have gotten.
