What hurts me the most?

I have been running on empty for so long that being so tired feels normal now. I keep going because stopping feels risky. Life keeps asking for more than I have. What hurts is how few people notice. I learned how to survive exhaustion. Still, rest is not weakness. I am also allowed to slow down and receive care. I deserve support, too.
