I am feeling intense feelings of resentment, hate and envy towards an ex-manager who was very unjust to me, and today he made a very significant achievement at work. I know my feelings are wrong, but I feel very hurt at this unjustness going unrecognized and it feels like he is being rewarded and celebrated instead of being held accountable.
