Today was the foot doctor. He said the problem with my feet is overuse syndrome, which shocked me, because all I do is jog in place for half an hour a day. I do this as aerobic activity to keep my COPD at bay. He said I'm absolutely right that the exercise is crucial. The upshot? Just spent ALOT...
