Please pray for his healing, good physical and emotional condition, good eating and that he will stand up, walk and arrive healthy at his home in Jesus name!!

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up ###’s brother in earnest prayer. Heavenly Father, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who knits together our bodies and sustains every breath we take. We ask for Your mighty hand of healing to rest upon him as he recovers from this critical surgery. Lord, we declare Your promise in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds," says the Lord. We stand on this truth, believing that You are working even now to bring restoration and wholeness to his body.

Father, we are deeply concerned about the complications he has faced, being in and out of a coma and now battling a hospital-acquired infection. We rebuke every spirit of infirmity and sickness in the name of Jesus! We command his body to respond to treatment, for his immune system to grow strong, and for every trace of infection to be eradicated. We pray for the medical team attending to him, that You would grant them wisdom, discernment, and skill as they care for him. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

We also lift up his emotional and spiritual well-being. Lord, we ask that You would comfort him in his moments of fear or uncertainty. Remind him of Your presence, that even in the valley of the shadow of death, You are with him (Psalm 23:4). Strengthen his faith and fill him with hope as he fights to recover. We pray for good nutrition and appetite, that his body would be nourished and strengthened for the healing process. And Father, we boldly ask that You would enable him to stand, to walk, and to return home healthy and whole, just as You did for the paralytic in Mark 2:11-12.

We also want to gently remind ### and his family of the power of the name of Jesus. It is only through Him that we have access to the Father, and it is in His name that we pray with confidence. Acts 4:12 tells us, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." If ###’s brother or any in his family have not yet placed their trust in Jesus, we pray that this trial would draw them to Him, the Author of life and the ultimate Healer.

We declare that no weapon formed against him shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that every plan of the enemy to steal, kill, or destroy is thwarted in Jesus’ name. We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and for the victory that is already ours in Christ. We trust You for a testimony of healing and restoration, for Your glory. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We are holding you and ### and his brother in prayer after such a difficult stretch. Going in and out of coma several times and then facing a hospital infection after hope had returned is an exhausting roller coaster for the whole family, and we hear how much you want to see him stable, eating well, and strong enough to stand and walk home again.

We are praying with you for steady healing and protection now, for his body to recover strength day by day, for peace in his mind and emotions as he comes to awareness, and for the care team watching over him to have wisdom in every decision.

One thing that often helps families in a long hospital stay is keeping a small notebook by the bedside for questions and updates, so when doctors round you can ask clearly about appetite, movement and next steps, and then share accurate news with loved ones without having to remember everything. And please watch over your own rest as you support him, taking turns when you can.

Father, we lift ###'s brother to You in Jesus' name. Lay Your healing hand on his heart and body, guard him from further infection, restore his strength, appetite and clarity, and bring him to the point of standing, walking and returning home in health. Give peace and endurance to ### and all who love him. Amen.

We have heard your earnest cry concerning ###'s brother and we bring his case at once before the throne of grace. The Lord has permitted this afflicted one to pass through deep waters, the great surgery upon the aorta, the going in and out of coma two or three times, and now the peril of hospital infection which cast him down again. We join you in pleading for his healing and protection, and for his full recovery to health and home.

There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. It is written that the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. A word of His coming home to the heart brings healing to head and heart, and a leaf of the Tree of Life is a medicine fitted to raise the dead. We pray that the Sun of Righteousness may rise upon this sufferer with healing in His wings, for when the Lord comes and dwells with His people they have no need to say they are sick.

We entreat the great Physician to lay His hand upon him now. May the Lord rebuke the infection and keep him from all further harm, guard his heart and lungs and blood, restore him to clear consciousness, and keep him from sinking again into that dark valley. We ask for a good physical and emotional condition, for appetite and strength to eat and be nourished, for settled spirits and for peace of mind after so great a shaking. As it is written, He heals the broken in heart and binds up their wounds, so may the Lord bind up this wounded body and comfort the troubled heart within.

Wonder not if recovery should be slow, and as he grows a little stronger, and a little stronger, may he and all who love him acknowledge in each increase of strength that the Lord has a new claim upon his affection. We pray that the Lord will raise him up to stand and to walk, and in His mercy bring him in health to his own home again, to the praise of sovereign grace.

We also pray that through this trial a new heart and a right spirit may be given and that whether in sickness or in health he may perceive the presence of God and trust wholly in Jesus Christ, through whom alone is salvation. For healing and forgiveness are placed in happy conjunction, and when Jesus healed the sick He said, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you.

We commend ### and his brother and all the family to Him who never fails those who call upon Him, and we will continue to cry with you that the Lord will perfect that which concerns him.

O Lord our God, look in mercy upon this brother after his heart surgery. Keep him, heal him, feed him, strengthen him, cause him to stand and walk and return home rejoicing in Your goodness. Let Your healing virtue rest upon him and let Your peace keep his heart and mind through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We have heard your request for ###'s brother and we join you in bringing him before the Lord with urgency and compassion.

We thank God that the heart aorta surgery has been completed, and we pray now for His mercy in this fragile time of recovery. The Lord knows how this dear brother has gone in and out of coma two and three times, and how the hospital infection caused him to fall again into coma. We ask the Great Physician to place His hand upon him, to cleanse his body from all infection and bacteria, to protect his heart and lungs and mind, and to keep him from any further harm.

We pray in the name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have access to the Father and hope of healing, that God will grant him stable consciousness, strength in his body and peace in his mind, and restore his appetite and ability to eat and be nourished. We ask that the Lord will renew his strength so that he may stand, walk, and in due time return healthy to his home, to the comfort of his family.

This church is a spiritual surgery where wounds are healed by grace, and we trust that same healing grace to work in his body now. We pray that God will give wisdom and care to the doctors and nurses, guard him from all complications, and surround ### and the whole family with courage and faith as they wait upon the Lord.

We will continue to pray with you for his complete recovery, for protection day and night, and for the peace of Christ to sustain him and his loved ones. May the Lord hear our prayer and show His merciful power, and may this brother be raised up to give thanks for the life God has preserved. Amen.

Thank you for sharing this heavy burden and allowing us to pray with you for your brother. We have lifted him before the Lord, asking for healing, protection, and strength in the days ahead after this very serious surgery on his aorta, and through the setback of going in and out of coma and the infection he contracted in the hospital.

We know how difficult it is to watch someone you love move between hope and crisis, awake and then unresponsive again, and we grieve with you over the physical and emotional toll this has taken on him and on all who love him.

We do believe that God heals, and that healing is for today. Scripture shows us that Jesus healed every kind of sickness and disease among the people, and Matthew connects that ministry to the prophecy of Isaiah, surely he has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows, where the word for griefs can be understood as infirmities and sicknesses. When Jesus gave his body for us, he bore not only our sin but also our infirmities. That is why we can come boldly and ask him for physical healing.

At the same time, the Bible shows us that Jesus did not heal in only one way. Sometimes he healed instantly with a word, sometimes with a touch, sometimes from a distance when he simply said go home and it was done, and in one case the healing was gradual. He is not confined to a pattern. There is also a healing that God has built into our bodies themselves. The slow, natural process of recovery, the work of doctors and nurses, the return of appetite and strength, the ability to stand and walk again, all of that is no less divine because God is the one who created those processes. Any true healing is from him.

Because of that we do not want you to be discouraged if the answer does not come all at once. The Scriptures tell of those who were cleansed as they went, step by step, and that encourages us to keep trusting the Lord even while we wait. We also recognize with humility that we do not understand why some are healed quickly and others walk a longer road. Even the apostle Paul prayed three times for his thorn in the flesh to be removed and the Lord answered in a different way. So we do not presume to tell God what he must do, but we do know he is able, he is compassionate, and he invites us to keep asking.

We are praying that God would touch your brother in body, mind, and spirit. We are asking the Lord to clear this infection completely, to protect him from further harm, to restore his heart and strength, to give him a good appetite and nourishment, to lift the confusion and discouragement that so often comes after coma and long hospitalization, and to bring him to the place where he can again stand, walk, and return healthy to his home. We are also praying for emotional healing for him, for peace in place of fear, and for comfort and strength for you and your family as you wait and care for him.

We will continue to bring him before the Lord, giving thanks even now for the life God has sustained and trusting him for each next step. May the Lord draw near to your brother, lay his hand upon him, and do that work which only he can do, according to his mercy and power in Jesus name.
