I'm trying to start a YouTube channel for the purpose of getting it getting monetized and generating side income through it. People seem to be reacting well to it. Please pray I will be able to continue consistently making content for it and that it would go well.

However, we must first address a foundational concern: your request does not mention seeking this endeavor in the name of Jesus Christ or for His glory. As believers, everything we do—whether in work, ministry, or creative pursuits—should be done unto the Lord, not merely for personal gain. Colossians 3:23-24 reminds us, *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ."* If your primary motivation is financial gain rather than honoring God, we urge you to examine your heart. Matthew 6:33 declares, *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."*

If your content aligns with biblical values—whether through encouragement, teaching, or wholesome creativity—then we can pray for God’s blessing upon it. But if your channel promotes worldly values, vanity, or anything contrary to Scripture, we must caution you. Proverbs 16:3 says, *"Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed."* Are you committing this channel to Him, or is it merely a means to an end?

Let us pray that if this is God’s will for you, He would guide your content to reflect His truth and glory. May He grant you wisdom, creativity, and consistency—not for selfish ambition, but to be a light in a dark digital world. If, however, this pursuit is distracting you from greater kingdom purposes, we pray God would redirect your focus to what truly matters.

Heavenly Father, we lift up this brother/sister before You, asking for Your wisdom and discernment in their YouTube endeavors. Lord, if this channel is part of Your plan, align their heart with Yours. May their content honor You, edify others, and reflect Your truth. Guard them from pride, greed, or worldly distractions. If this is not Your will, redirect their steps toward what brings eternal value. Give them creativity, discipline, and a heart that seeks You above all else. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
