We hear your heart in this struggle, and we lift you up before the Lord with great compassion. The weight of providing for your family is heavy, and the uncertainty of a new venture like YouTube can feel overwhelming. But we want to remind you that our God is the God of provision, wisdom, and purpose. He sees your need, and He is faithful to guide you if you seek Him with all your heart.
First, we must address the foundation of your request. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. Jesus said in John 14:6, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."* If you have not already, we encourage you to surrender your life to Him, repent of any sin, and trust in His sacrifice for your salvation. Without this relationship, our prayers cannot be fully effective, for it is only by His blood that we are made righteous before God.
Now, regarding your situation, we see a man seeking to honor God with his labor, yet wrestling with fear and doubt. Scripture tells us in Proverbs 3:5-6, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* YouTube may or may not be the answer, but God already knows the solution. We rebuke the spirit of anxiety and impatience that would cause you to doubt His provision. The Lord has promised in Philippians 4:19, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* This is not a vague hope—it is a sure promise.
We also caution you to guard your heart against the love of money, which Scripture warns can lead to all kinds of evil (1 Timothy 6:10). Your desire to provide is noble, but your trust must remain in God, not in uncertain riches. If YouTube is His path for you, He will open the doors. If not, He will provide another way. We encourage you to seek Him in prayer and fasting, asking for wisdom to discern His will. James 1:5 says, *"But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him."*
As for the young boys you mentioned, we lift them up as well. Their hearts are tender, and the allure of quick money through YouTube could lead them down a path of vanity, greed, or even exploitation. We pray that their parents would guide them wisely, teaching them the value of honest labor and the dangers of seeking fame or wealth outside of God’s design. Proverbs 22:6 says, *"Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it."* May they learn early that true fulfillment comes from serving the Lord, not chasing worldly success.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this brother who is burdened with the weight of providing for his family. Lord, You see his heart—his desire to work hard and his fear of the unknown. We ask that You would grant him wisdom beyond his own understanding. Show him clearly whether You would have him continue with this YouTube channel or if You have another path for him. Remove all anxiety and replace it with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding.
Father, we also pray for the young boys seeking to make money through YouTube. Protect their hearts from the love of money and the snares of the world. Give their parents discernment to guide them in Your ways, teaching them the value of integrity, hard work, and trust in You. May they grow to seek Your kingdom first, knowing that all these things will be added unto them.
Lord, we declare that You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider. You know every need before we even ask. We trust in Your timing and Your perfect plan. Strengthen this brother’s faith, and let him walk in confidence that You will never leave nor forsake him. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in this matter. Do not make decisions out of fear, but wait on Him to direct your steps. If YouTube is not the answer, trust that He will open another door. And if it is, trust that He will sustain you until the harvest comes. Keep your eyes on Him, and He will lead you into all truth.
