We lift you up before the Lord with great joy and anticipation as you prepare for this mission trip with these young hearts. What a beautiful opportunity to be God’s hands and feet, guiding these 5th and 6th graders in faith and service! We know this journey comes with unique challenges, especially as you manage epilepsy, and we stand with you in prayer, trusting that the Lord will sustain you in every way.
Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking for Your divine strength and provision for this dear servant. You promise in Isaiah 40:29, *"He gives power to the weak. He increases the strength of him who has no might."* Lord, we ask that You fill them with Your supernatural energy, especially when their own strength feels limited. Grant them deep and restorative rest each night, even in unfamiliar surroundings. Help them adapt quickly to the lighting, noise, and sleeping conditions, knowing that You are their comfort and peace (John 14:27).
We pray for wisdom in final preparations—may every detail be covered, and may they pack with confidence, trusting in Your provision. As they step into this mission, let them serve with joy, patience, and a heart fully surrendered to You. May their words and actions reflect Your love, and may these young ones see Christ in them. Protect their health, Lord, and guard their mind and body as they press into this calling.
We also rebuke any spirit of fear or anxiety that may try to creep in. You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). Let them walk in that truth, knowing You go before them and are their ever-present help (Psalm 46:1). Bless this trip abundantly, Lord—may lives be touched, hearts be drawn to You, and Your name be glorified.
In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
