🐑 Your Sheep Hear Your Voice, Jn 10:27, Any Interference Must Flee, James 5:7, in Jesus' Name...

Good and Faithful Servant
Jesus, You said "My sheep hear My voice," John 10:27, "we'll never follow a stranger," John 10:5. You tell us which way to go. We ask to be filled with knowledge of Your Will with wisdom and understanding so we can walk in the way that pleases you, Col 1:9-10, for reward diligent seeking, Heb 11:6, and fervent prayers avail much, James 5:17. So lead us so we can "follow You," walk in confidence, trust, we already trust who You are, and we'll do what You say and follow wherever You lead, "when we walk by faith," 2 Cor 5:17, and gladly do so, Ps 103:20... "David inquired of the Lord," "and You said," 1 Sam 23:2, "told him," 1 Sam 30:7-8, "answered," 2 Sam 2:1, "replied," 2 Sam 5:19, and "said" 2 Sam 5:23, each time... We basically reduce this to two persons, ourselves, for our part, confess, (with our mouths), "Father, we need practical wisdom and it says comes down from above when we ask You, James 1:5, 3:17. We even adjust the volume, and, "cry out" for wisdom, "lift our voice" for understanding, Prov 2:6-7. It's clear the children of God are LED by the Holy Spirit, Rom 8:14. You've given angels charge over us to get us out of situations in the past even without asking, Gen 19:16. So with faith we ask the One who rewards those who seek You, Heb 11:6. We know there's no lack of willingness on Your end, we're in the best possible communication with our spouses possible, understanding well their physical, spiritual and emotional conditions and needs, so no hindrances there, 1 Pet 3:7. Therefore the conclusion is we are not unaware of the serpent's tactics, 2 Cor 2:11 -- to hinder fellowship he's long since lost, Gen 3:1, Isa 14:14, Ezek 28:14, Rev 12:4, Luke 10:18, 1 Tim 3:6. We're swift to present ourselves before You as diligent workers who aren't ashamed to accurately handle the Word, 2 Tim 2:15, and see the answer as one clear and firm resistance of the devil himself, quoting What is written, as we learn in the first chapters of The New Testament, Matt 4:4, 7, 10. We submit to You, Your Word and any direct counsel from our authorities that have to answer You on behalf of the counsel they give, Heb 13:7, 1 Pet 5:5, Prov 15:22, So, having been invested with Your Armor, we submit to God, resist the devil, FIRMLY in the faith, stand FIRMLY against his tactics (interference attempts), and, say out loud, "Be gone, satan!," Matt 4:10, "For it is written, "Submit therefore to God, RESIST the devil and he will FLEE from you," in Jesus' Name... Eph 6:11, 1 Pet 5:9, Jam 4:7. With thanksgiving we thank You for the petitions for clarity, that You've heard them, and for the tools to resist interference attempts, as seen elsewhere in Dan 10:13, where Daniel just prayed through it, fasting, but he didn't have Your example or teaching, for his assignment was to help clarify the Messiah in future days, and ours it is learn and teach all that You and the Apostles commanded, Matt 28:20, Jn 17:20, so we thank You for the things revealed to us and our descendants, forever, Deut 29:29, so the peace of God can guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus, Phil 4:6-7, Amen.

We hear your earnest cry for divine guidance and wisdom, and we stand with you in seeking the Lord’s clear direction. Your prayer reflects a deep hunger to walk in obedience to God’s voice, resisting every form of spiritual interference that seeks to disrupt fellowship with Him and with one another. We affirm your desire to be led by the Holy Spirit, as Romans 8:14 declares, *"For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are children of God."* It is beautiful to see your commitment to standing firm in faith, armed with the Word of God and the authority of Jesus’ name.

The Scriptures you’ve cited—John 10:27, James 1:5, Ephesians 6:11, and others—remind us that God speaks to His sheep, and we must listen with discernment. The enemy’s tactics, as you rightly noted, are ancient and persistent, seeking to sow confusion, division, and doubt. But we are not ignorant of his schemes (2 Corinthians 2:11). The armor of God is not merely defensive; it is a posture of victory, for we resist the devil by submitting to God and standing firm in His truth (James 4:7). Your declaration, *"Be gone, satan!"* in Jesus’ name is a powerful reminder that the authority we wield is not our own but Christ’s, who has already triumphed over the powers of darkness (Colossians 2:15).

We also appreciate your emphasis on the sanctity of marriage and the importance of godly fellowship between spouses. First Peter 3:7 instructs husbands to live considerately with their wives, *"giving honor to the woman, as to the weaker vessel, as being also joint heirs of the grace of life; that your prayers may not be hindered."* Your awareness of this principle is commendable, for a marriage rooted in Christ becomes a stronghold against the enemy’s attacks. We pray that your union continues to reflect the love, respect, and unity that God intends for husbands and wives.

Yet, we must also address a subtle but critical point: while you seek God’s voice and resist interference, we encourage you to ensure that every step of obedience is grounded in Scripture. The enemy often disguises himself as an angel of light (2 Corinthians 11:14), so we must test every spirit (1 John 4:1) and every impression against the unchanging Word of God. David inquired of the Lord, but he also had the written Law to guide him. Today, we have the complete revelation of Scripture, which is *"profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for instruction in righteousness"* (2 Timothy 3:16). Let us never rely solely on subjective feelings or experiences but anchor our decisions in the objective truth of God’s Word.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, grateful for Your promise that Your sheep hear Your voice. We ask for an even greater measure of wisdom and discernment, that we may walk in a manner worthy of You, fully pleasing to You (Colossians 1:9-10). Lord, sharpen our spiritual ears to recognize Your leading and to reject every voice that does not align with Your Word. We submit ourselves afresh to You, resisting the devil and his schemes, knowing that as we draw near to You, he must flee (James 4:7-8).

We pray for marriages represented here, that they would be strengthened in love, unity, and mutual submission, reflecting the relationship between Christ and His Church (Ephesians 5:22-33). Guard hearts and minds from the enemy’s lies, and let Your peace rule in every home. Father, we also ask for clarity in the decisions before us. Remove every obstacle, whether spiritual or practical, and let Your light illuminate the path You have set for us (Psalm 119:105). May we walk in boldness, knowing that You go before us and that Your angels have charge over us (Psalm 91:11).

We thank You for the authority we have in Jesus’ name and for the victory already secured at the cross. Help us to stand firm, not in our own strength, but in the power of Your might (Ephesians 6:10). May our lives be a testimony to Your faithfulness, and may we encourage others to seek You with the same fervor. We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Continue to press into God’s presence, dear brothers and sisters. The enemy may roar, but he is a defeated foe. Walk in the confidence of Christ, who has overcome the world (John 16:33), and let His Word be the lamp to your feet and the light to your path (Psalm 119:105).

We hear your heartfelt plea for divine guidance and wisdom, and we stand with you in seeking God's clear direction. It's encouraging to see your commitment to walking in obedience to God's voice, resisting every form of spiritual interference that seeks to disrupt fellowship with Him and with one another. We're grateful for your reliance on the Holy Spirit's leading, as Romans 8:14 assures us, "For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God."

As you've mentioned, the enemy's tactics are ancient and persistent, seeking to sow confusion, division, and doubt. But we're not ignorant of his schemes (2 Corinthians 2:11). Instead, we put on the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:11), which is not merely defensive but a posture of victory. We resist the devil by submitting to God and standing firm in His truth (James 4:7).

Your emphasis on the sanctity of marriage and the importance of godly fellowship between spouses is commendable. We pray that your union continues to reflect the love, respect, and unity that God intends for husbands and wives.

We're also reminded of the importance of testing every spirit and every impression against the unchanging Word of God (1 John 4:1). While seeking God's voice, let's ensure every step of obedience is grounded in Scripture. The enemy often disguises himself as an angel of light (2 Corinthians 11:14), so we must test every spirit and every impression against the objective truth of God's Word.

Let's continue to pray together, asking for an even greater measure of wisdom and discernment, that we may walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to Him (Colossians 1:9-10). May our lives be a testimony to God's faithfulness, encouraging others to seek Him with the same fervor.

Lord Jesus please richly bless, protect and guide them. Please help them in accordance with your perfect will Father. Thank you and praise you. In your holy name I pray. Amen.
