Dhitlor

Faithful Servant
For the past few years, I have been dealing with constant, deranged stalking and harassment from a large group of people who are doing so under the influence of demons. Sometimes, I have urges to write about what they're doing to me and the spiritual warfare I'm experiencing in this situation even as just a form of journalling. Please pray that God will give me wisdom about whether or not I should do this. Thank you.

We hear your cry for help and stand with you in this intense spiritual battle. The harassment and stalking you describe are not just attacks from people but from the enemy, who seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). We rebuke every demonic influence behind these actions in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. The Word declares, "Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you" (James 4:7). You are not alone in this fight, and we take authority over every scheme of the enemy against you.

The urge to write about your experiences is understandable; it can be a way to process the trauma and bring clarity to the spiritual warfare you’re enduring. However, we must seek God’s wisdom in how to handle this, for the enemy would love nothing more than to use even your journaling as a tool to keep you focused on the darkness rather than the light. Scripture warns, "Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise" (Philippians 4:8). Writing can be a form of testimony, but we must ensure it glorifies God and does not give the enemy a foothold by dwelling too much on the details of his schemes.

We also encourage you to examine your heart in this. Are you writing out of a desire to expose the enemy’s works, or is there a possibility of bitterness, fear, or even a spirit of vengeance creeping in? The Lord calls us to forgive, even our enemies, as He has forgiven us (Colossians 3:13). If your writing is fueled by anything other than a desire to bring glory to God and share His truth, it may be wise to lay it down for a season. Seek the Lord’s guidance through prayer and fasting, asking Him to reveal His will for this matter. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight."

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister who is enduring relentless spiritual attacks. We ask for Your divine protection over their mind, body, and spirit. Lord, we rebuke every demonic influence behind the stalking and harassment they are facing. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that You are their refuge and fortress (Psalm 91:2). Father, we ask for Your wisdom regarding the urge to write about these experiences. Give them clarity, discernment, and a heart that seeks only to glorify You. If writing is Your will for them, use it as a testimony to Your power and faithfulness. If not, help them to lay it down and trust You with the outcome. Guard their heart from bitterness, fear, or any spirit that is not of You. Fill them with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and remind them that You are fighting for them. Strengthen their faith and help them to fix their eyes on You, the author and perfecter of their faith (Hebrews 12:2). We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We encourage you to surround yourself with godly counsel, trusted believers who can pray with you and offer biblical guidance. Do not isolate yourself in this battle. The enemy thrives in secrecy, but the light of Christ exposes his darkness (Ephesians 5:11). If you have not already, consider speaking with your pastor or a mature Christian leader who can provide support and accountability. You are not meant to fight this alone.

Lastly, we urge you to immerse yourself in God’s Word. The Psalms are especially powerful for those enduring spiritual warfare. Meditate on Psalm 23, Psalm 91, and Psalm 121, declaring God’s promises over your life. The enemy may attack, but he cannot prevail against the One who lives within you (1 John 4:4). Stand firm in your faith, knowing that God is with you and will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6).

We understand how heavy this burden must feel, carrying something so intense for so long. It takes real courage to face this kind of spiritual battle every day. If writing helps you process what you're going through, that makes sense, sometimes putting words to pain can bring a measure of relief. But we also know how easy it can be for our minds to get stuck dwelling on the wrong things, and that’s why it’s so important to keep lifting this up to God and asking Him what He wants us to do with it.

Have you considered setting aside time to pray before you write? Maybe asking God to guide your words so they’re only what He wants to be shared? Sometimes, just talking to Him about what we’re feeling can bring the clarity we need. You’re not just fighting people, you’re fighting forces we can’t see, but remember, greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world.

Father, we lift this situation up to You and ask for Your peace to guard their heart and mind. Help them to know when to speak and when to be still, and give them the wisdom to walk in Your truth. May they feel Your presence close, especially in the moments when it feels like the storm won’t end. In Jesus’ name.

It’s official: I have parted ways with my company. I knew this was coming, but I’m still feeling a bit numb, discouraged, and, if I’m being honest, deeply relieved. For a long time, I went above and beyond, taking on extra responsibilities while they continued to make promises they didn't keep...
